Too much noise. Oilfield workers partying all night. People not even staying in hotel stopping by for free breakfast. General overall dirtiness because of oilfield workers.
They did not get my booking rate correct but are in the process of hopefully correcting it, we'll see.
Room was clean and nicely painted. Very quiet at night, complimentary breakfast was very nice unlike a lot of " free" meals. Overall it was a very nice stay.
Cleaner than I thought it would be by far!
It's old. Mostly well upkept, by seal was going out on the door.
Small bed & room smelled
Dirty room, dead bugs, and a smell of something like bug spray.
The receptionist was very nice.
The room and building is very old and not as clean as we were expecting for this chain hotel. Located next to a graveyard. We will not recommend or stay in this hotel again.
Agent gave me the key to an occupied room. This scared the woman occupant significantly as I tried to unlock the door at 10 pm when checking in. Any good reason for this error?
It was the only hotel available at this location for this night. It was comfortable, slept well, quiet. Good for the price.
A couple of bugs.
Location to where I needed to be
Outdated and ugly rooms
not a thing
The room was large and comfy , had a frig and microwave , iron and ironing board , coffee maker and shampoo. They serve a hot free breakfast.
Walls were a little thin
We got the extra night we needed
When we checked in for the only night we found available, we were told we could have two nights if we wanted but the desk clerk did not make the notation in the system so the next day they almost didn't let us have the second night. Also, it had rained, steps to the second floor were pretty steep. My husband slipped coming down the stairs and fell very hard. A neighboring room, though locked when the guests went out, was rifled through while they were out. Hotel staff showed no concern over either incident.
I was eaten up by bed bugs, had about 15-20 bites that showed up a day later. That's typically when they appear. At this point I'm simply hoping they did not travel home with me. In addition to that, the beds were NOT clean and very uncomfortable. Horrible experience, do not stay there!
Clean and comfortable for the price
Need new towels. The towels we received were very stained. Also would have liked to have seen more cereal choices
I love the matress
the room look to dirty when I check in my room wasn't ready and also the wifi doesn't work. the breakfast really bad
Staff was very Friendly!
room smelled really bad, there was trash in the night stand drawer and also in the dresser. the smoke detector was hanging and covered with a towel.
Average motel and good for the price considering prices in college town. Breakfast was good.
The only thing good about this place, was the location to the college campus.
Where should I begin? Pulled blankets back to go to bed, and there was no sheet, just the mattress pad to sleep on, plus there were blood stains on it! Our son-in-law had just laid down on his bed, and a strange black bug crawled on his arm, no to mention the bug crawling on the ceiling. Bathroom smelled like soured towels. We did not use the shower because there was mildew on the tiles. I read reviews and select my hotels most of the time, based on people's feedback. I don't know how this hotel got the rating it did, and the good reviews, unless they entered their comments themselves. Don't stay here!
Clean and quiet.
There was nothing about the hotel that we liked. I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel!!!! Will never use booking.com again. It showed good reviews and the hotel was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at.
As soon as we walked into our room there was a bad odor. Water in shower was running. Towels were still wet and dirty. There was bugs on the floor and under the sheets. They ran out of clean towels when we went to replace them with the dirty ones that were left by the cleaning staff. The front desk attendant was not apologetic and insisted that the rooms were cleaned by a piece of paper that had checked off that they cleaned it. We would have checked out and stayed else where but every hotel was booked due to the events going on that weekend. We will never stay at this hotel again, paid too much for it.
The pool was clean.
The bed felt like it was very firm and lumpy. I slept quite poorly. I woke up almost every two hours.
Mattress was not comfortable. Musty smelling. Room needs update. Exterior has zero curb appeal.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom right above the shower. The room also had a musty odor too.
