Cuter than usual motels
Love the location. Just off the beaten path, but close to everything. Owners are extremely friendly.
Room needed a small refrigerator and microwave
the honeymoon suite staff location everything
Only two negatives...the pillows were to fat and had to sleep with no pillow and could hear snoring in next room. T.V. left much to be desired as well. Otherwise be happy to recommend!
The size of the room was great. Very clean and quite. We loved the fact that they did not have a lot of rooms so parking was close. It gave a feeling of a safe haven in a busy tourist town.
The one thing that I missed was the lack of vending machines in the main building.
staff was very nice, always had a smile location of hotel was great pretty clean
Cost of room was approx $20.00 more once I got to the hotel than Bookit.com said it was going to be. no coffee maker or hair dryer in room. I had to walk a long ways outside to get a cup of coffee and continental breakfast was not very tasty
I went with my friend and I also had other friends who were in the town for the night we decided to get dressed and ready together and the owner would not let them go to my room just to get ready also he charged my card 20 dollars saying that he saw my friend leaving in a mustang! Um no there was a couple in the room next to us who drove a mustang hello! I will not be doing business with this hotel any more he was rude and didn't let me speak for myself.
We slept great in a nice clean room in with a nice view of the forest behind us.
Breakfast had very few options. It is a good basic breakfast though.
Nothing in particular.
Bed didn't have fitted sheets so by morning the matress was exposed. Bedspread thin and slipped down to foot of bed. Piklowa spongy.
The room was clean. Staff friendly. Didn't expect the quality to be as nice as it was considering the price to be less expensive than other accommodations near eureka springs. We will stay there again.
No coffee maker in room.
beds & pillows were pretty good pretty easy to control room temp was a quiet place
hard to get out of drive no lamp to read by at bedside..all were too high up. Breakfast was too skimpy..just need to skip it
Size of room, service, cleaniess
Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions, and directions, for attractions in the area.
The water pressure was low and at one point there was none for a moment or two. The exit is hard to get out of safely. The bush in front of the sign needs to be removed due to limited line of sight. There is a curve in the road a short distance from the driveway which makes it hard to see oncoming cars until the last moment
The managers are helpful and friendly. Great location. It was very clean and quiet. They upgraded our room without extra charge.
The staff at the Colonial Inn were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable, and the location is great in relation to many of the things Eureka has to offer. We were traveling with a large wedding party, and many of our friends spent way more on their rooms at other hotels for the same amenities. All in all, an excellent value, and would definitely consider staying there in the future.
Would have liked to have had a small fridge in the room.
Friendly staff. Beautiful room. There were only a few people there so it seemed more like a bed and breakfast.
Only caution is there is no elevator. We had to go up and down the stairs each time we left the room. But it's only 2 stories so it wasn't that big of a deal.
The Colonial Inn was a very nice quiet place to stay. This is a mom and pop place and they're on top of everything. I would probably stay there again. It was clean and a nice place to stay after a busy day.
The continental breakfast was the worst we have ever had, ever! Hardly anything on the breakfast bar & coffee cups were the size of baby sippie cups! And there was no refrigerator in the room. And no elevator, either, so you had to lug your Heavy luggage & belongings up the stairs to your room : ( !!!
no coffee pot, refrigerator or hair dryer in the room.
Friendliness of owner and staff. Closeness to town, restaurants, and activities.
Nice, peaceful setting away from heavy traffic, but close enough to be convenient to restaurants and activities. Very accommodating and personable staff. They were very conscientious of our needs. Rooms were very clean however, could use some updating. Breakfast was good. Would be nice to have a few more choices such as a waffle machine and/or fresh fruit etc…. All in all, a very nice experience.
We drove in with a bike on our trailer for a motorcycle rally. The staff kept track of everything while we were out riding, which made it easy to leave our car and trailer behind.
The breakfast had awful choices. Went out to eat breakfast.
Very comfortable, clean hotel for the price and great location.
Staff was very friendly and helpful
My husband didn't like the bed..broken down on left side
