Score from 1 review Very good
The rooms had refrigerators and good quality televisions.
The clerk at the desk was a grouch. The cost of the room was too high for what this motel offered.
They allowed us to check in at 3am
I was near the office so each time someone opened the door in the morning a bell would ding.
Peeling on walls - carpet rolling on floor -mattress cover stained - blanket shredding -towels extremely thin -towels gray white in color - musty smell -dingy lighting - caulking in bath area off color
Very nice large rooms .clean ..the owners made you feel welcomed ..and at 11 o'clock a.m they did not buging you ..like other hotels and motel were I have stayed they run the vacuum .Not there .. being disabled. they were understanding .maken it easyer for me to get to my car ..I have stayed at higher end place that could careless ..I would like to give them a great big thank you ..from Robert lawson and Mary Pham from Scranton P.A
Nothing everything was nice ...thank you ...hope to see u again ..
Responsive and friendly front desk in morning and evening. Modest facilities, as reflected in reasonable price relative to other options in the surrouinding area, but everything was correct.
Clean. Helpful staff. Great and easy-access wifi
Didn't clean the room, pillows were lousy, shower sucked.
location affordable convenient to where I needed fairly quiet
staff...at check in...waited over 15 mins, no one in the office. I finally used my cell phone to call the hotel. The phone rang and rang and finally the owner (?) came in. He didn't even apologize. Check out...no smoking signs are everywhere, but the office was full of cigarette smoke, so much my clothing smelled and I was only in the office a few minutes to drop my key off. Rooms need to be updated: worn carpet, bathrooms and stains on chairs. Especially annoying, every outlet only one plug worked...so plug in the AC or a lamp to see...you decide what's important! so...you get what you pay for. Maybe be affordable but don't expect much.
i was bitten by many bed bugs. Do not stay there and take the risk of bringing it home
cheapest option available
-no AC -TV did not work -shower was dirty Was not compensated for lack of AC and functional TV. Was told by the management that the AC is new and tech will be in next week to configure it like its a valid excuse.
Very clean and the free coffee was brewed fresh. Beds were just right firmness wise.
Close to Kingdom Trails mountain biking
Ceiling falling down no lotion no blow dryer VERY OLD and no repairs
wifi microwave mini fridge
mattress pillows air conditioner dripping inside the room terrible odor in the room sheets had holes in them bitten by a spider tv was very small
Beds Cleanliness Bathroom Overall bad experience. Desperately needs to be updated.
cheap and close to mountain biking
The rooms are really getting run down. Shower head had so much pressure it felt like my skin was getting pressure washed. Room had a smell that I'm not sure what it was and one corner had some stains that I really don't want to know what it was.
Right on the highway
-Too expensive for what we had -Might be clean but doesn't look like it
Shower had hot warm
Sheets smelt of cigarettes. Air condition did not blow cold air just circulated room air and yes we did make sure the controls were in the correct position WiFi very little strength can't advertise WiFi and have no strength come on now.
We were in a non smoking room and the blanket and comforter both had cigarette burn holes in them. The decor was from the 70's. The shower/tub had cracked and black molding/caulking. We paid $87 for this room!!! Unreal
outdated. peeling ceiling in shower
Management was helpful
Exterior doors and walkways need to be cleaned. Not many options in this town.
Ease in booking on line. Location for my needs worked perfectly. The decor is old but was clean. The staff member (lady) checking me out in the morning was very nice and friendly.
This was to be a non-smoking room, this clearly smelled of smoke. You must check in before 6pm per signage in their lobby but this is not upfront info provided at the time of booking. I saw this info online when I was trying to reach them by calling for 15 minutes straight to try and let them know I was going to be late, it rang more than 20 times each call and no one ever answered. The gentleman checking me in was less than friendly. It was after 6pm. 7:30 or so to be exact and I did still have a room.
The lobby wreaked of smoke when we walked in. The man was not personable at all. Went into the "non-smoking" room and it wreaked of smoke, we could not breath. We went right out and went to the lobby and got our money back. There was mold all over the outside of the building. Disgustingly dirty place. Awful.
Clean room at an excellent price
Clearly could do with a renovation/update.
good basic accommodation
