family run, friendly, clean, affordable
nothing it was great
Clean room, friendly staff, good value for money. Close to the Bryce canyon.
There was nothing to do in the town in the evening.
Location, quiet little town. Restaurant was within walking distance with home cooking.
You had to wiggle the key to unlock the door, and never sure if it was locked. No breakfast.
The only problem was that the shower was not super clean
The owner is really nice and accommodating. Real quiet location and very clean. Very comfortable beds.
A little dated.
Because of its low price, I was a bit hesitant, but all other nearby hotels were booked. No worries, though. The motel was very clean and neat, with all the necessities in place- and kind of a refreshing break from all the chains we usually stay in. The Wi-Fi was awesome- unlike those chains, where it can be hit or miss!
1. The room (11) did not have enough electrical outlets. 2. It's a really tiny town, so THE restaurant was crowded. But we got to talking to the folks we waited in line with, who suggested we take Rt 12 to our next stop, Moab. WOW!!! Best drive of our lives!! So the crowded restaurant was really a lucky break for us!
It was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Heater was good and not noisy.
Walls are very thin so you can hear the people next door walking around. Everything did quiet down and was no bother but if you were next door to someone with children it would be hard to sleep
Good location for visiting Bryce canyon. Friendly and helpful staff.
Friendly, nice room, but a bit dated and worn.
Beyond dated! Absolutely no amenities. Nothing worked in the room. Dismal experience.
Pretty good value for money and within driving distance of Bryce Canyon National Park. Much cheaper than options closer to the park.
I didn't like that the check in counter closed at 10 PM
We spent 2 nights in the motel which is in a typical quite town the motel was nice and clean
The toilet made a weird noise about every 30 min the weren't many sockets I'm the room we had to disconnect other devices in the room in order to charge our phones..
Motel is dated but very clean, I would stay here again
No hairdryer in room
No restaurants; no pay phones; telephone in room didn't work,
friendly staff and location
The rooms. It's so much simple, there's no microwave, no coffee, no fridge and no hairdryer.
If you are looking for an upscale hotel with lots of amenities, this is not the place, but if you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to sleep at the end of the day, you need look no further. Room was clean, and rate was reasonable. Fridge, microwave, wifi, and excellent ice machine were each an added bonus.
Had a pool but it was not available for use.
Nice little rooms, very quiet, fridge and microwave, great value for money, walkable to the restaurants and cafés in town and a short drive to Bryce Canyon.
Wifi was a little weak as we were in room 19 but it didn't matter too much.
Perfect location if you want to visit Bryce Canyon. Nice hotel for a night, honest price for a night. Easy parking.
Panguitch is very small, nothing to do in the evening, only a bar open till late.
Color Country is conveniently located to Bryce Canyon. Panguitch is an interesting town with lots of good eateries. The Staff was friendly and helpful. It's a very basic, old motel, with much evidence of age, but I'm not putting this in things I don't like because, from reading reviews, we weren't expecting anything more modern. If you're just looking for a clean bed and not expecting ambiance, Color Country will fit your needs.
The motel, though older and a bit dated like all motels in this small southern Utah town, is well maintained. Clean rooms, fresh linens changed daily, ample parking, tv, ice machine, friendly staff, decent (though not perfect wi-fi) and just a 4 block walk to the town center.
Color Country met my expectations.
Room was very clean and bigger space than others that I had visited.
The internet is hard to connect. My friends and I had to open the door in order to get WIFI.
It was close enough to make it to Bryce Canyon and back to the room each night with no problem. Saved some money staying here rather than staying right at the park. Good clean comfortable room.
Only regret was I forgot to get the pillows we brought with us! Left them on the bed!
Very pleasant staff, close to the center of town, nice beds, and very clean.
It was a little noisy- I could hear people in the neighboring rooms, but it wasn't bad. Also the parking area got very noisy in the morning as people were getting up and leaving.
