2.50 for a sm. bottle of water. No comp. coffee in rm.
Everyone was very friendly and the whole place was clean and inviting. We'll be back again.
Not getting my refund on 30 dollars you took out of my account!
The hot tub. Pool. Poker room. Price. Comfort
The power outage. No vent in bathroom. No coffee pot in the room
Very comfortable beds. Quiet rooms. Nice lounge. Could have used better variety of supper meals. Price was great for the rooms. Thank you.
The cost of the room was great. We enjoyed our walk along the river. Had fun dancing in the lounge.
Unfortunately we got lost twice in the maze of rooms. Being a senior couple our sense of direction is not what it used to be.
The long walk to get to the other casino for breakfast.
Soft beds . Big restroom
Costumer service in the lobby was terrible. Walked to much to get to the casino. It's a maze hallways going this way and that way.Too old looking
Are room was right next to the pool.
It was always humid in the room.
the people working there were very good
a lot of food out lets were not open
The staff was awesome and friendly!
I had no problems with room!
The poor attitudes @ front desk! Wanted to rent my room for 1 more night ( paying cash ) and I didn't have enough money on my debit card. Front desk said that I had to pay the $30 deposit with my debit card! Oh no, front desk demanded the deposit be paid by debit card WHEN THEY KNEW THAT I ONLY HAD CASH! So I said screw it, got my money back for the room which was a great deal and left! Bottom line, I was talked down by the front desk manager, I didn't get her name, she was a Blondy with glasses! My first time there in a long time and getting DISRESPECTED! That's probably why COLORADO BELLE AND EDGEWATER got awarded the LOWEST RATINGS out of all the casinos! Bunch of GRUMPY employees! That's all I have to comment!
Clean rooms, nice staff
Not enought restaurants--last time I was there , they had an excellent buffet and seafood place and restaurant upstairs. No longer there. Not enough tables opened.
Pool and spa were nice. Plenty of places to dine. The room was comfortable.
The machines weren't paying much, and not rewarded very much for being a players club member.
It's close to where I work & the nightly rate is cheaper than the gas to go home.
The beds are lumpy, the pillows are lumpier, carpet needs to be replaced, a small coffee pot would be fabulous.
Room was very quiet. The configuration of the halls was kind of weird. The beds were great. Breakfast buffet was very good.
Dinner buffet was awful! And pricey, especially not on a weekend.
Close to everything.
Carpting needs up dated
1. Price/Value 2. Comfortable beds, marshmallow pillows 3. Music Entertainment
The beds were comfortable, We loved the duvets. The room was clean and quiet and had good blackout drapes. The riverwalk behind the building is a nice place to get some exercise..
There was no bathtub and the showerhead had not much pressure. The casino was smoky (they all are)
Need coffee maker in room. Krispi Kreme shop out of product, not enough tables, and not clean.
The price. We stayed on a Wednesday in November and got a rate of $18. Two days later the price would have been $90. The sunset over the river was lovely.
$10.99 for internet and it wouldn't work. Spent 2.5 hours on the phone with tech support in India to no avail. This set the tone for the evening. No coffee, tight slots, bad food at Pints.
The friendliness of the staff
The Buffet was not as we had before! Riverview has you beat!
the price was the least in laughlin..i paid $17 per night through book.com.2 days later i got a advertizement from collorado bell for $14 per night for the month 0f november and $12 per night for drcember.
the heater didn't work satisfactory.we didn't freeze but we couldn't obtain our prefered temp.the first attempt to fix it didn't work . but the next day they did fix it. the technician said they were new units and they are trying to get use to them. overall i was satisfied with the room and my stay at the colorado bell.
Wish there was access to a microwave
