Clean rom, comfortable beds Way too high priced. I reserved a room with a living room attached and only got a room with a bed. They did not give me what I paid for . I had to force them to fix the rate of my room. No Breakfast either, which was suppose to be included in the room rate. The staff in the evening were rude and not helpful in changing my room.

The hotel is very nice and the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I hate checking into hotels because you never know what you are going to get but this one was very nice and I am peticular.

Seemed nicely decorated and clean. I didn't have to worry about what wrappers or crumbs might be hiding under my bed. Room was cold when I arrived.

Very comfortable mattress. Attractively decorated room. Prompt service. The young men at the front desk and the dining room were very gracious and friendly. The ladies at the front desk, upon checking out, were also lovely. The food in the dining room as good. Our room was quiet and well appointed. An untended cigarette was burning in the ash can at the front door. It smelled horrible and we had to walk through a cloud of smoke into the entrance. The lobby was thick with the stench of cigarette smoke. We were concerned for a moment that we had booked a smoking hotel. My husband has a serious lung condition and cigarette smoke could cause him to land in the hospital. I called room service, for breakfast, so we could get on the road more quickly. The woman on the phone sighed heavily when I asked if I could place an order. She acted like I was really putting her out and she wasn't a bit friendly. She was very curt when dropping off our food. She seemed kind of hostile.

Clean!!!! Booked a room with 2 queen beds, but was given a King bed and a pull out couch. Hotel only got notification of a room booking and not the type of room.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Things were left in bathroom from previous occupants. Hall monitor could have a better approach to what she was trying accomplish.
