you get wat u pay for
Nothing I enjoyed it fine
poor heaters so lost sleep
Location is ok, close to Uni and fairly close to downtown Seattle.
The place is very run down. The rooms are cleaned properly but feels dirty anyway and don'd like to think about how long the carpet been around or beds for that matter with very thin sheets etc. We planned to stay 2 nites but changed plans and just stayed one night. Suppose you get what you pay for we don't have high demands and this just didn't feel good. In our part WiFi was not usable at alls, felt like WiFi's were +10 years ago.
It was a great deal for a great price and close enough to get around the town. Owner & Staff were friendly.
Wi Fi did not work well.
room size very good - direct fast bus to downtown
lack of wifi
The general facility, bathroom, TV, bed, smoke-free room, fridge, microwave oven, safety of the area, the parking facility, closeness to a food market, Subway store, and a deli.
The office should acquire a printer. We often need to print our boarding passes for our return journey.
Location, cleanliness, friendly reception, TV, wifi okay
walls are thin. Bottom units suffer from noise from those above. Family with kids were out of control. Also room was at end of complex next to dumpsters and frequent noise from people emptying trash bins. Wise to take unit on top floor. WiFi better on top floor too.
Lady at front desk was lovely and helpful
Needs a massive tidy and revamp. New bed linens, towels bigger than a postage stamp and decent pillows would help!
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfy and the accommodations were clean. The location is convenient if you are looking to visit the Woodland Park Zoo or Seattle Aquarium.
Nice size room. Nice size refrigerator.
Need to use more bleach on shower walls and curtain.
Cheap rates Good location.
Bed was not made one day. Stale odor.
Design in room.Parked right outside the door.
Nothing.It was all good.
Absolut nice staff. Very good cleaning. Although you have a standard accomodation they made the best of it. My ratings are ment inside the stars already given for the Columbus Motor Inn and not creating a 5 Star Hotel of it: It is a simple and for this very good accomodation, made out of the staff and owner. You have free parking and the opportunity to explore seattle going by bus (rapidE-line) straight to the heart of seattle: pike-place market. From there everything is possible. Go to the aquarium, make a harbour ship tour and visit pike-place-market. If you leave the E-rapid before (ask the driver) you can wald in 5 minutes easy to the Seattle Center (Pacific Science Center, Needle, EMP-Music Museum). Than you should by a city pass to save 46 percent entrance fee for ALL of that (inkl. Aquarium and harbour sightseeing tour). The e-rapid drives you home to Colombus Motor Inn every time till late in the night. If you like to have dinner of wonderful fish dishes and like to drink a glas of wine it is the best way to explore seattle without searching and paying for a parking place in seattle. I found the opportunity for using this bus very relaxing and for this I could enjoy this hotel very very well. Hope you can understand my written English cause I am not used to speak it so often.
The bed was comfortable. There were no rooms anywhere in Seattle so I guess I was lucky to get this one.
The room was not clean and the shower curtain was dirty. Bathroom walls and door were very dirty.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. There were eight of us sharing two rooms, so when we asked for more towels and blankets, they were waiting in our room when we got back.
Pop Machine was not working, but corner market across the street was open late.
I was afraid when I booked a two star for a girls weekend getaway, but I have to say I was pleasently surprised, it was clean (a little dated), staff were super friendly, and I didnt get lost finding the motel at all (although the driveway is small, and I almost missed it).
It's on a main road.
The dryer didn't dry our load and the apathetic guy at the lobby didn't care to offer anything for the 6 bucks we spent to dry a load. Smelly in the room when we walked in.
The place is near the Eline station. The host was nice, gave me some snacks when I checked out.
Something smell bad in the room, might come from the decoration.
It was close to downtown, but without the downtown traffic.
We could hardly sleep because we felt like the whole place was disgusting! I showered and changed with my flip flops on the whole time. I NEVER wanted my feet to touch the floor. There were stains everywhere. We only stayed there one night, but we did everything we could to stay out of the hotel as long as possible.
Good location, friendly staff, very clean.
Dirty pillows, air conditioning did not work, dirty carpets, torn drapes. No value
Like it a lot for the price, staff is very helpful.
I liked the size of the room we had. I was expecting a room with 2 beds and a pull out couch and i got a 2 room "suite" with 3 real beds. I like firm matresses and these beds were great.
My husband and kids didnt care much for the firmness of the beds. The only a/c in our room was in the room with 2 beds where my children slept. It was very noisey. The drapes in the main room were not quite big enough for the window and they were a yellow color so when the first morning sun came up it was very bright while tying to sleep still
Clean comfortable bed, clean functional bathroom. Pretty much all one could need. Manager/owner very nice & accommodating. Fixed the bathroom sink right away and made the drunk guy quit banging on the door. All in all a good stay
Bathroom sink was clogged on the second night but was fixed the next day. Thin ceilings made for poor sleeping when the guy upstairs got up for whatever every half hour... Drunk next door neighbor banging on the door of his room when his wife locked him out...
Staff was exceptional...very friendly and helpful. This hotel is a great value for the money, especially for Seattle. Good location...close to downtown and popular attractions.
Nothing, it was a very positive experience.
