Terrible customer service. I did not like anything. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I would probably speak to a lawyer about this hotel and how racist they treated us. Nothing. We escaped as soon as possible next morning and found a new place to stay! In my country would be possible to get decent hotel for the money we paid in Lollipop! The room smelled of smoke and it was not possible to lock the window, we were simply afraid the leave our belongings to the room. Room and beds (bedlines) felt dirty, the bathroom was shared and we did not feel like taking a shower there. Early next morning we took another hostel. |

The room was suprisingy good. Nice, clean and colorful. And shared bathroom was good. Good value for the money. Everything was fine except heating. It was too high, so we had to use the blower. The staff also ordered us a dark cap which was more expensive than normal but It was maybe our fault. |

Good location,not expensive. Staff was very helpful with a tour reservation and let us leave our luggage in a room for few hours after check-out time. No elevators, no mirror in a share bathroom, everything very old, matraces packed in plastic like in a hospital :( |

The bathrooms were not clean. I've stayed at many hostels and this was one of the worse ones for that price in NYC. |

This is the mother of all dives. I could write a book on what I didn't like. Couldn't check in until 4 PM and had to be out at 11 AM. Private room was an 8'x8' box with a fan and brick wall view with no blinds. Shared bathroom was awful. Tub sloped away from drain. Building maintenance was horrific, a preschooler could have done a better job. No elevator and stairs were uneven and dangerous. |

La vicinanza al Central Park, ai mezzi di trasporto e alle vie principali dove si trovano tutti i bar, ristoranti e negozi! La tranquillità del quartiere! La camera quadrupla molto spaziosa! Il materasso poco confortevole, si sentivano le molle del letto nella schiena!!! Si può lasciare il bagaglio in una sala dopo il check out ma non è gratuito!! La camera doppia dei miei amici era inabitabile, per fortuna dopo 2 notti ne hanno avuta una più confortevole |

A dos cuadras del metro y bastantes servicios alrededor No me ha gustado nada, no limpiaron en 5 días que estuvimos ni cambiaron las toallas. El baño compartido horrible, las ventanas rotas entraba mucho aire y ruído, no hay ascensor, las maletas podría haberselas llevado cualquiera...NO Recomiendo este hotel para nada |

Helt ok standard, vi var nöjda, för det kunde varit värre.. Härlig personal, gillar den ungdomliga känslan med sällskapsrummet i källaren. Det är ett helt underbart och lugnt läge (man känner sig inte orolig om man kommer hem sent! Kunde varit fler badrum, för ibland fick man stå och vänta en längre tid eller hade folk som hängde på handtaget utanför.. Kan vara ganska hög ljudnivå på kvällarna, i beroende på vilken våning man bor på eller vad man har för grannar så öronproppar är ett hett tips! |
