Unfortunatly when we arrived at the airport and rang the Comfort Inn, they had no record of our booking. But they were very good and came and picked us up. Whose fault this was I do not know. We had an e-mail from Booking.com confirming our booking!!!! There were vacancies at the motel so it wasn't a problem this time, but what would have happened if the motel had been full I do not know. But this aside, it was a very good hotel. The included breakfast was more than sufficient. It is near the airport and a short walk from Old Town San Diego |

Location to airport was our main objective and was great. Close to restaurants and Old Town helpful. Good parking and security. Stayed in room 228. Loud freeway noise and hallway noise all night. Light for sign outside window didn't allow the room to get dark all night. Could hear water from upstairs running down pipes through walls between bathroom and bedroom areas. |

24 hour jacuzzi and 24 hour shop! ATM etc ... good services. option to check out later for a small fee - we used it, very convenient! great room with great big tv. staff are good. right next to old town. good shuttle service! breakfast wasnt very nice / varied ... |

Very friendly and willing staff and really excellent (free) shuttle facilities between airport, cruise terminal, Amtrak station.Free continental breakfast makes it excellent value for money , especially for families on modest budget. |

The variety of foods in the free breakfast was great, especially the waffle, bagel and yogurt. The security to use elevator to access the parking garage was good. The short distance tothe San Diego Old Town. * the noise from the freeway made it impossible to leave the windows open *the cold boiled egg in the breakfast |

the flat screen tv's were nice and the 24 hour store in the lobby was very convienant i did not like the hotel location, it was right along the freeway also the room had a chemical cleaning odor like lysol and the hotel was not in the safest area it seemed. |

The free shuttle to the airport and the Continental breakfast were nice. Our room was mere feet from the expressway and was on the ground level with large windows and really no protection. It was uncomfortable from a safety standpoint. |

Very attentive reception staff. Avalilabilty of pc's. Traffic noise was no problem at all (in contrast to other reviews, and we stayed at the I5-side). Old town nearby. Pubic transport nearby. Free transfer to airport and car rental downtown Noisy guests in next room till 4AM. Thin walls dit not help. |

Staff was courteous. Room was comfortable as well as the bed.The room did not have the overpowering air freshener that some hotels use to mask odors! Thank you! Complimentary shuttle service to the airport at 6:00 a.m. was a blessing. There was subtle noise from the freeway, however it wasn't so loud that it kept me from falling asleep. I was on the uneven room number side of the hall. If this is a problem for you, you might ask for an even numbered room. |

The staff was very helpful in many ways. I did not rent a car, but the shuttle service to and from the airport, MCRD, and to Old Town was excellent. The fact that they provided this shuttle service, is the reason I chose this hotel. The room was clean, I came back after a long day with freshly made bed, new towels, and even more shampoo! There was a few issues at first with the staff and some confusion regarding my method of payment. All was resolved, but it was upsetting since it was late when I checked in, and I just wanted to rest. Everything was resolved my morning, however, no one apologized for their error. |

Good rate for room/breakfast/parking. Very noisy hotel, situated just a few meters away of a fast entry to San Diego. Traffic at any time. Avoid absolutely even rooms. |

The rooms were great. The flatscreen tv was a bonus. Their free breakfast was great. I was surprised at how many ammenities this place had. The fitness room and pool were small but they were better than nothing. I used both of them like 3-4 times. And it has a 24 hour jacuzzi. Ya can't knock that. The short walk to Old Town was conveinient and it was just way better stay than expected. |

Hervorragender und superfreundlicher Service aller Mitarbeiter.Für USA sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Kostenloser Transfer vom und zum Flughafen (anrufen !) Da es direkt am Highway liegt, ist es, auch nachts, ziemlich laut. |

Zeer behulpzaam personeel, leuke ruime kamer met kluisje, vond het nogal een wandeling naar Old Town maar het was goed te doen, en ook geen last gehad van het verkeer, een aanrader ! |

El hotel es muy comodo las camas muy ricas y limpio, tiene todo, solo que el precio se me hizo muy caro, ya que al aplicar el iva se convirtio en 140 dlles la noche, pensabamos que era de 125 total y eso no nos gusto ya que al llegar estaba en oferta en 79 dlles la noche en fin ni hablar El precio mas el iva |

Hotel lag op wandelafstand van Old Town. Vlakbij lag er een troley-halte die je naar Downtown bracht (dagpas kostte maar $5). Het personeel was zeer hulpvaardig en legde perfet uit hoe gebruik te maken van deze trolley. Net zoals ze direct een kaart van San Diego mee gaven aan ons. Vlakbij de autosnelweg, dus de drukke binnenstad wordt vermeden wanneer je met de auto reist. Ondanks het feit dat het hotel vlakbij de autonelweg lag was er toch een minimale geluidshinder. De ruimte waar het ontbijt was mocht iets groter want er was te weinig plaats om alle gasten te laten ontbijten. |
