They stated to me that they don't honor the 2pm late check-out that was very disappointing and I will like to find out why
The staff I had overnight was nice and friendly had a issue with my 1st room and she exchanged it with no problem I would come back again.
The breakfast could have been better otherwise it was a enjoyable experience.
OK for a 1 night stay by yourself
Not a place to stay with family. Drapes were dirty with stains Heater was loud and didn't work well Hotel was run down Front desk lady was miserable
Everything, especially the location, the schuttle in the morning, and that real fine cajun restaurant 100 yards from there; such a fine meal !
Location to airport and good eateries nearby.
It was very quiet. And the staff was very helpful
Flexible breakfast time Parking spaces
Towels did not look clean but I had my own.
Location, free wifi and free parking
Bathroom needs bleach around caulking and grout.
I'm a student so I liked the place had good internet
Dirty pillow cases, not just stains but something gooey stuck on it; blanket had several hair, like body hair stuck to it.
It had a great location, bed, desk in room, fridge, and microwave. The mexican restaurant in the hotel was good too!
It had paint peeling off walls in the bathroom, the heater was sketchy, and some stuff was old. A good value, was probably once a great hotel.
Had a small problem with room they fix it with no problems
the room was comfortable, clean and a good value
the outside looked like a dumping ground for peoples garbage..Ive never seen an entry to a hotel so nasty..I had to step over a gallon milk carton to get to the door..the parking lot was the same..
THE king size bed was comfortable great location rooming was fair
One of the night clerks
Check in key did not work had to go down stairs at least three times before I decided to just get a refund and leave.... the front desk worker was very rude the moment I checked in......
The desk clerk when I checked in was Belinda and when I checked out was Teresa, I believe. They were both charming young women who assisted this weary traveler to find his room easily on Friday and check out quickly on Saturday. The hotel is located behind a Mexican restaurant and the building in unmarked for some unknown reason. I enjoyed my room. The bed was nice, the bathroom was clean and the coffee maker and tv worked. I think it was a great room and I had no complaints whatsoever. I would gladly book a room for a night--of longer-- at this hotel the next time I fly into Atlanta.
The only "bad" experience I had was trying to locate this hotel on Virginia Avenue. It is set back from the road, behind a restaurant and the building--to my knowledge--is unmarked. However, while driving back and forth I discovered a Chinese restaurant one or two blocks away--at 1457 Virginia Avenue--called the Happy Buddha. I had an excellent lunch there on Saturday and paid less than $10, tip included. So I can't really say there was anything I didn't like about my stay at the Three Palms Hotel.
this motel is in dire need of a remodel
Front desk employee was friendly and helpful. Price was good for the short amount of time we stayed. Shower gets really nice and hot.
Some of the furniture is old and worn. It could be cleaner by doing simple things like dusting or wiping off a table top. Hotel needs to update bed linens, shower heads, etc
the hotel was really dirty including the sheets and it was a stinker
I liked the customer service from the 1st shift( the girl) and the Mexican restaurant. THATS IT!!!!
I didnt like when I first came into my room it smelled like smoke but when i entered into the hotel they had signs all around saying that this is a non smoking facilty, but that was fine the front desk agent switched me out ( I understand that people will go against rules and smoke. But i got ready to take a shower and my rags had red stains all over them I went to the front desk and ask for more, this was after 11pm he told me they didn't have anymore (A hotel doesn't have anymore rags ) thats crazy!!! so I had to end up showering with a towel, not only that I stayed a second night thinking it would be better ( THE WORST MISTAKE) I think this hotel needs some remodeling and some better people working there, but keep the front desk clerk that works the 7-3 shift on the weekends.
close to airport and staff was not rude
There were a lot of thugs going in and out of the hotel. I guess that's just Atlanta. And I killed at least 3 bugs and there were more. I was up all night worrying about bugs. There was a small bug on the main blanket too so I only used the white sheet and blasted the heat to stay warm. I think they were small cockroaches. Either way I would rather pay an extra $50 or even $100 to stay at the place with no bugs. creeepy!
Bed was comfy. Receptionist in the morning friendly. Bus driver in morning friendly. Coffee was good.
Pillows looked old and felt rough. Bathroom had only one towel. Carpet looked dirty. Noisy fridge. Noisy neighbors.
