No bad experience, but the walls are quite thin, and it was impossible to ignore the people apparently in the room above who must have been honeymooners!
Although the building is old, it's apparent it's been undergoing an update. The carpets in the halls are new, as is the wall covering. Our room (a King) also had new carpet and wall covering, a very comfortable bed and the room and bathroom were nice and clean. The furniture was not new, but serviceable and the TV was a new flat screen which worked well. The breakfast room was in a temporary location, I'm sure due to the ongoing motel update, but everything needed for breakfast was available. Breakfast was eggs (a flat scrambled like egg patty), sausages, make your own waffles, the usual breads and pastries, a juice machine, coffee, tea and cocoa makings, and fresh apples and bananas. Not gourmet, but quite satisfactory. The staff was friendly, and it's a busy place due to it's convenient location near the airport, with free shuttle service there.
