We had a problem in he bathroom and they kindly changed our room, the staff were so nice with us! They do not have Wifi internet, they use cable, but it was ok! |

Location! A block away from Hollywood's highlights - Kodak & Chinese Theaters, Walk of Fame; Hollywood sign can be seen from Starbucks at the back of the theater mall! In & Out burger is just at the corner (great with kids), shopping malls just across the street. The room was neat, breakfast was good (you can make your own waffle!), and the front desk manager, Anizur, was very kind and helpful! Plus, free parking! Breakfast can be improved by adding some eggs, bacon/sausage! |

The hotel was in an excellent location for sightseeing. The staff were friendly and knowledgable about the local area. The hotel offers discounts for some tour activities arranged through them. The rooms were clean with everything you needed for a short to medium length stay. I had a king sized bed which was really comfortable. You could hear footsteps through the ceiling from the rooms above at times, but it did not bother me that much. The free breakfast and phonecalls was also a bonus. The breakfast could get a little repetitive after a few days, but there was always plenty of food on offer, but not so much in the way of seating. Best bet is to go for breakfast early (before 8am). There were internet dsl connections in each room, but wireless access was only available in the hotel lobby and not in the rooms, which was a disadvantage to me as I travelled with an iPhone and not a laptop. Also, they seemed not to replenish the soaps, shampoo, conditioners etc daily, even if they were half used. Although I am certain that if I ran out, and asked for more, it would have been supplied immediately. |

The hotel was central to all our needs. Very friendly and helpful staff as well..This all made our stay a very pleasant one. |

The room is generally clean and the location is great, just one block from the Chinese Theater and Kodak Theater. The walls are thin so I was woken up everyday around 7:00 am when the janitor or housekeep come in to work. Our room is right next to the storage room I think. |

Nice staff, help with information and tickets. Free parking. Good location-closed to Hollywood center, Walk of fame. They offer (poor) breakfast-however there is no enough place to eat. Very noise room-you can hear talking in neighbor room, noise from air condition from outside. Would not chose this hotel anymore. |

Perfect location,close to everything we wanted and evev to public transportation.Good breakfast.Quiet for being in that location.Frieddly and helpful staff.Good value for money.This would be our choice if we will go back to LA |

One particular day time office staff member was extremely helpful- the night time staff members were not so helpful. The hotel is in a central location a walk from Hollywood boulevard. Noise was an issue at this hotel. The rooms on the bottom level are dreadful- you can hear every foot step from the rooms above- I presonally woulkd not stay there again due to this- it makes it very hard to sleep! |

Location was perfect. Walking distance to Hollywood Blvd, and also very close by car to Bevelry Hills and Melrose Street. The room was nicely decorated. Good breakfast, and friendly staff. The hotel as a bit noisy. The floor was making noise when someone walked in the room upstairs, and if people talk outside, we could hear it. The 2nd night, the airco of another room made a lot of noise. But we informed the ftront desk, who said they will check it. But5 besides the noise, all in all it is a greta pl;ace to stay in Los Angeles. |

Sehr netter Mitarbeiter in der Lobby, sehr hilfsbereit. Klasse Hotel wenn man L.A. günstig sehen will. Frühstück gibt es direkt neben der Lobby und der Raum mit den zwei Tischen ist dann doch etwas klein für die Hotelgäste. |

La localización es genial, justo detrás está el Paseo de la Fama, y a la vez es un sitio tranquilo, sin ruido por la noche. El personal es muy atento y servicial. El sitio para desayunar es muy pequeño. |

Läget var perfekt till aktiviter som att åka downtown 30min med lokalboss, nära till Universal Studio 10min med tunnelbana. Frukosten var god och det var OK att ta upp den på rummet, vilket vi utnyttjade. Rummet var fräscht. Barnen tyckte det var häftigt med 32 tum flat skärm. Nej vi var helnöjda. Speciellt med läget. |
