Had to get a new key card every time we tried to get into our room. The cards would lose magnetism like within every few hours.
Comfortable bed. Great shower.
Very small room. I can get the Marriot for same price and twice the size room.
The best thing about this hotel is the friendly and accommodating staff.
There is no direct route to the airport or shuttle bus.
1) Free parking and breakfast were a plus and made the hotel "almost" worth the price. 2) Staff were friendly.
1) Rooms and parking spaces are way too small. 2) AC system needs a serious upgrade. 3) Bathroom could use an exhaust fan. 4) More tv channel options would be nice. 5) No discounts offered on weekends when most hard-working people travel? 6)18.25% tax "plus" a nightly service charge--for what?
easy to find ...clean rooms - good price
not much choice on breakfst
Room was way too small. Noisy radiator. Mop bucket being rolled around at 7:15 am. Loud conversation outside my room at 7:15 am.
good location , and internet services
expensive . poor break fast options ,
1)Comfortable bed, well lit bath & bed area. 2)Excellent Breakfast choices and service. 3)Parking available, monitored by camera.
1)Window curtains need to be longer. 2)Heat-unit+windows cause a COLD DRAFT. 3)Bathroom hooks for robe, clothes needed.
The cleanliness and the breakfast were good and the staff paid attention and were very polite.
The rooms were a bit small and there wasn't enough closet space for 2 adults.
The parking was exellent. The Front Desk representative was courteous and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. It was a very cold night and because the temperature could be monitored by remote control, I was able to keep the room warm and cozy. I loved the large flat screen tv.
The street light shown in my room, so I could not completely darken the room making it difficult for me to fall asleep. At about 1:30am, just after I was able to fall asleep, someone with a high pitched voice was talking very loudly for what seemed like for hours. I couldn't tell what she was saying, but the sound of her voice kept me awake. The Inn has an atrium, I was on the first floor so the sound of her voice travelled. Maybe she was on the phone, I don't know. In any event it took me about three hours to fall asleep. To make matters worse, at 6:45am, she started up again. At that point, I'd had enough. I dressed and left, not even taking advantage of the complimentary breakfast.
