Plenty of places to eat around neighborhood. Great location to subway
Bathroom is really small
Generally all good. Near subway stop for NY Good breakfast
Loud rooms nearby
the bed was and the room
the staff they dont smile not so helpful also they clean the room very good but they dont clean the carpet in the room also the water of the douch is not good
I like the location and the good quality for the money.
Nice staff. Clean and typical comfort Inn
Bad location for that price. WiFi didn't really work after the first night.
The locations Mia close to the station
Non-touristic area. Bad wifi - bad breakfast
- location near to subway, so easy access to manhattan - breakfast - helpful staff
- Very helpfull and friendly staff. - Perfect location near Subway 36st Brooklyn (5 minutes walk only). - More than sufficient breakfast facilities. - Daily cleaned rooms.
Good location a bit outside the main area's of New York City - but well worth the savings as a Subway is really close by, bringing you to other parts of Brooklyn or Manhattan in 20 minutes. The hotel is very clean and was perfect for us. Liked also the fact that we could already check-in at1pm local time after arriving from an international flight. Pro tip: at nights there is a great Mexican food truck just next to the Subway entrance, which was very good!
The breakfast area has limited seating options, and could definitely have been bigger for a hotel of this size (I guess they just wanted to have more rooms instead). Also, and funny that others wrote about this before as well, there are some staff members hanging out in this area in the morning.. occupying some places which could be useful for guests; which is a bit strange..
They let us check in at a very late hour and were very accommodating.
The view from my room was not a good one. It liked some kind of demolition was going on.
Super clean rooms; nice breakfast in the morning; very close to stores, restaurants, and an easy two block walk to the subway station; on-site free parking.
price, near to the subway station, comfortable room, so-so good breakfast
breakfast room was small and sometimes too crowded to sit
Location is perfect. Subway is a 2 minute walk and you will be in down-town New York in half an hour. Didn't spend much time in the hotel itself, bed was comfortable and got good sleep. Breakfast was basic but overall good value for money. Much cheap than the down town hotels but with the subway makes no difference.
Location is good, very close to subway station. Not so expensive for NY. Breakfast is also good.
Noisy in the rooms even during the nights. The bed was shaking because of trains or traffic.
Staff Location Facilities
Continental breakfast and bathroom was quite modern & roomy.
Hallway smelled like cigarette smoke.
This hotel is very close to the subway.
The staff member on reception when I arrived was very rude; my room was not ready although I checked in at 7.30pm; the previous occupent's underpants were still in the bathroom when I was eventually able to access my room; the room was not cleaned or re-provisioned properly during my stay; the cleaning staff disposed of my medication for no apparent reason. The immediate location is very shabby with nowhere to eat or drink unless you want poor quality fast food.
The accommodations and the staff.
the breakfast area was very small. Waited several minutes to use waffle machine. Had to eat in room
Not enough towels
Rooms were clean, comfortable. Ended up next to the elevator and never heard it once. Not glamorous or sprawling but considering all we did was sleep and have breakfast there - perfect and didn't break the bank
The Hotel is accessible by T and has many places to eat such as restaraunts, there are banks and plenty of stores (all in walking distance).
Staff are rude, no one came to clean our room to change bed sheets, bring clean towels, breakfast food tasted old, coffee was horrible and building looks as if it is about to fall apart.
Close to the subway station which took approx 40 min to the center of NYC but this was not an issue. Room was adequate for what we needed and reasonable breakfast provided. Would have no hesitation staying here again.
The neigbourhood was not the best but we did feel save walking around there. WiFi was very sporadic which didn't help when you tried to make other bookings online.
It was really close to the metro station and the actual hotel was very nice. The staff were friendly. The air con in the room was a godsend as the rooms were so stuffy. It was also good value for money.
The hotel is very close to a main road so it was very noisy, even with the window shut. The breakfast room was very small for the amount of guests. We weren't sure about our safety after dark in the neighbourhood.
