Mostly off street parking, day shift staff was nasty, House keeping only works during day, room was tiny, found old food in fridge and guy at front desk declined my debit card transaction because he wanted cash. Oh, and breakfast food was disgusting, cold, and microwaved right on front of hotel guest. ..more like a motel anyways
Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Free wifi, breakfast included and near the train. Friendly staff.
Nothing except that it was too cold outside! :)
The comfort, size of bed and the bathroom were great.
The rugs were a little too dusty and made me a little sneezy.
Rooms and breakfast wifi
Cleaning of the rooms not always
When we pulled up to the location, I wanted to run.................
Place was quiet an clean
The WiFi was terrible
Nice and quiet
cost and convenient for d line into manhatten
Hotel itself was very good. Breakfast food was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Value was good.
The location was a negative for me. The hotel was on a narrow side street. Parking was very limited. I was able to get a spot when needed, but my impression was the hotel was not nearly full.
The location was good with regard to the proximity of what I was there to do and also the highways were nearby. The staff was very friendly and everything was clean.
I didn't like that there were double beds in the double rooms. Queen sized would've been more comfortable. Also, for a room that sleeps up to 4, there were only 2 small drawers and 1 small closet. 2 of us had to live out of our suitcases for our 3 night stay.
the food the wifi the staff was really nice
the view, my morning view was an abandoned building.
I like the place and it good place to go we you are in New York ,
Close to subway. Clean. Friendly. Helpful with questions.
We stayed at the property for a single night while visiting our daughter in Brooklyn. We wanted a safe, clean, comfortable room that was not far from a major roadway and easy to drive to by car. It also had to be quiet and reasonable in price. This property fit the bill. Friendly staff, good wifi, free parking. Excellent value.
Parking is tight (it is in a city), and while very quiet as far as outside noise, the walls are not completely soundproof. My hat was off to the energetic couple next door who seemed to be very happy indeed, but necessitated keeping the TV on for an extra 15 minutes. Staff reacted well, though, so it was only a minor inconvenience.
The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was very clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful
I really liked that I could get a room in NYC for the price. I had a place to park my rental car and a place to hang out with the friend I was visiting. There was a subway station very close, so we didn't have to walk far to get places. There was also a McDonald's not very far away, so we were able to get food if we needed to. I had an excellent stay.
The room was clean and nice
Breakfast room was too small. The neighborhood was okay but lots of road noise.
To find a hotel like this on Manhattan we would pay at least twice as much, possibly even more. Complementary breakfast was good, no complaints. Subway station with connection to Manhattan is within 3 minutes walking.
It is not close to the city, but considering prices and comfort this was a very good deal. It usually took 30+ mins to get there.
first of all what I didn't like was when I questioned the front desk person at the hotel regarding my card being debited earlier that morning for a stay there on the same day that I had canceled a month before the guy got very irate with me was very mean to me and I didn't feel comfortable with staying in the hotel any longer mind you they tell you on the website they have parking when there's only parking for a good 12 cars and then you have to park on the street or you have to find parking in the area that's not safe and you don't find that out until you get to the hotelall I can say to the next customers that book through booking.com be very vigilant of your credit card number because of the fact that if you book twice or three times or more trying to get a deal you need to be very careful because on the day that you travel they may just debit your card out even if you cancel your reservations in time so be very vigilant of your credit card
Plenty of places to eat around neighborhood. Great location to subway
Bathroom is really small
