Comfort Inn Brooklyn Cruise Terminal    

the staff was excellent and very heipful. the hotel itself was very nice and clean.

the only thing is that everything was A distance away.

The employe of the hotel were great and very helpful.I wouldn't mind stay in this hotel again and would recommend to friends.

If you need to go between brooklyn and Manhattan this is a perfect value for money solution right at the entrance/exit of Battery tunnel! friendly staff and sufficient breakfast. thought I wouldn't go here on a family trip because rooms are so tight.

Eggs, sausage were cold and had to be microwaved. Bathroom still had a few hairs in sink.

The location was most important. Fast reasonable and free wifi.

The building was under renovation in the lobby but this should be completed.

The room and facility were very clean and comfortable. Very good value for the money. Shuttle driver very prompt when called to be picked up.

Breakfast was a "hot mess" being that it was in a guest room and became very crowded (I think the regular breakfast area was damaged during Sandy though). One particular front desk clerk was rude when calling to request the shuttle.

Value for money Good location to visit Manhattan and downtown Brooklyn

I booked two nights from booking (I also received the confirmation said it is two nights). But Comfort Inn only received one night in their system and no other rooms are available for the next day. Although they only charged one night fee, this really make my trip a mess. I have to spend extra money to find another place.

The breakfast.

The room smelled as if someone had smoked for days in the room! It smelled horrible! Left the window in hopes it would air out while we were gone for several hours & nothing. We called to complain & we were told they would switch our room but no one called back. To make it worse we told them I was 4 months pregnant! This morning I am sick with a soar throat & pray it didn't affect my baby. The best they could do was give us 15% off.

Everything was clean and spotless and the lobby was very quiet

The time that breakfast is suppose to be 7-11 am but when we got there like 10 it was over.... didnt like the fact that the maid knocks on ur door early for u to leave instead of just waiting till u leave before 11

Clean, close to the city, 10-15 min safe walk to metro station, always available shuttle from the hotel.

Food was bearable - just enough for 4 mornings, the safe box did not work

Front desk manager Sarah had terrible attitude. Held more money than necessary on my card. Breakfast cheap, disgusting, and located in a empty room not a dining area. Rooms small. Have to run hot water for 10 mins before it gets warm. Only have 20 channels on tv. Shuttle never working so u have to take a taxi to the subway which is a 20 min walk. 30 min subway Ryde to Manhattan. Never would stay here again.

It was very good value for money. The breakfast was nice if a bit chaotic because of makeshift facilities due to storm damage. There was a shuttle service to nearby shops and restaurants.

Nothing in the immediate area and you were reliant on the shuttle as ther was no other way to safely cross the road.

Breakfast was pretty good

Most of the rooms don't have wifi accessibility and you need to use highspeed cable connection for your laptop, obviously, you can't use your cellphones to connect to the Internet

Comfortable rooms, excellent ameneties, special mention about the lady of Afro origin who supervised the breakfast situation (my apologies for not having noted her name), she was warm, friendly and helpful

One of the ladies working at the front desk needs a lesson on manners, Breakfast menu poor when compared to Comfort Inn in Toronto

it appears that the hotel is relatively new build and the accommodation and comfort reflects this. check in and check out easy and no fuss. liked the frequent shuttle bus service to the local subway for the 20 mins ride to the heart of Manhattan and the free shuttle to the brooklyn cruise terminal only 5 mins. away. Overall great location for the above and good value to see New York.

Breakfast buffet was only adequate,poor selection. No restraunt or cafe attached, but you could order food for delivery to the hotel from outside local companies.

The area was pretty bad and we could not walk around at night, Saw drug dealing and such.

The room was clean ans very convienent to the Brooklyn Cruise terminal. Free parking was great and the Fairway Market was a treat.

It was fine for cruise purpose.

The complimentary shuttle to and fromthe metro station is a great advantage, especially when You have Your luggage to carry. The metro station was 15 minutes of walking away so You can go there on foot if You want to. We had no problems walking the path even late at night. The f line allowed for easy traveling to Manhattan. Additionally we liked included breakfast and a compartment for luggage was very helpful after we checked out of hotel and went out to see the city (the plane was late in the evening). Although it is very close to a highway windows blocked most of noise.

The rooms are rather small. We stayed for two nights - the cleaning staff did clean the bathroom but "forgot" to change sheets. Despite of this fact it was a comfortable place which is worth staying at when visiting Manhattan. It is too far to go there on foot, but being situated next to the f train metro station makes up for this shortcoming.

Please pass along a big thank-you to the entire staff at Comfort Inn Brooklyn Cruise Terminal, especially Deyvid and Christine at front desk and shuttle driver Sam. They were always courteous, friendly and very, very helpful.

Location is good for Manhattan, reasonably comfortable.

Area is not the best, but taking into consideration where it is then not too bad

Very Quiet in lower suite,Very helpful front desk staff,punctual and friendly shuttle service and clean room.

The Full Breakfast did not have eggs or bacon. However we did enjoy waffles, fruit, yogert,juice and coffee.

We stayed only one night for transit and wanted to book a hotel in a safe area. It felt safe.

Far away from everything and expensive.

- Far from Manhattan and subway station - outskirts are not too safe - they offer transfer to the closest subway station, but they use just a small car for it, so usually you have to wait for a long time. By the way, the subway station was closed for some reconstruction, so we had to use buses anyway
