It was in a good location, and had rooms where smoking is allowed. That's a very big deal to my husband, who does not want to go outside every time he wants to smoke. Fridge and microwave were nice. Didn't make it to breakfast. So can't speak to that, but I was glad it was available if I'd had time. Carpets are old and stained, especially in the halls. Desk chair in the room was stained pretty badly. I booked a King size bed and got something much smaller, I guess it was queen. The bathroom door would not latch. The a/c never cooled the room very well. And the very first time I reached for toilet paper, the entire unit and both rolls on it clattered to the floor. I could not get it to go back together, so the toiler paper had to sit on the tub or the floor. Oh, and I tried the alarm clock and it doesn't work, but I had set my phone alarm as a backup so all was good with that.

Convenience to business workshop and reasonable price. Wall air conditioner unit was loud so every time that the compressor came on it woke me up.
