Location Cleanliness Breakfast Staff Comfort
WiFi was the worst I have ever experienced.
Location and view is the best.
For the price, the breakfast offering was always inadequate. The staff was slow in refilling the food or addressing the requests of the guests. During our 4 days there, we only got to eat a complete breakfast with sausages and eggs ONCE.
Location close to Russian Hill and Fisherman's Wharf. Few minutes walking. Comfortable and clean Good breakfast
Expensive, as all SF Car park at 26$ per day
location was good
the price for the accommodation could be a bit better
Wifi is awful! The place is just worn out and needs lots of work doing
Location Staff attentiveness Good access to public transport View of Golden Gate Bridge Close to Fisherman's Wharf
Breakfast is very basic Breakfast Room can get overcrowded Often ran out of some food items
Staff, location to tourist attractions
Quality of room, room small & draby smelling
One great restaurant around the corner. Short taxi ride from the cruise line terminal and Pier 39.
Only half the rooms have the Golden Gate view.
Rooms were clean.
Overpriced for such a basic hotel. WiFi was AWFUL. Worst connection ever.
Busy so staff didnt feel the need to be helpful as they had a lot on their plate. Wifi was useless and staff unable to help with this just giving us a helpdesk number. Parking was full but they are happy to take our money then redirect us down the road. No valet service available.
Very clean room. Felt superior than its official standing
The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were a nice size and very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Wish the rooms had a fridge and microwave. Hotel was located within walking distance to wharf and other attractions
Would loved to have had a microwave and fridge in the room.
Very quiet comfortable rooms. Great location.
WI Fi was pretty much none existent
Location and economical, friendly and helpful reception staff
Breakfast area was busy due to lack of seating. With a coach group it was very crowded. Nearly time to update furnishing and decor
It was close to the piers and to cable cars and trolleys with a lot of hill walking. The price was right - everything in San Francisco downtown is expensive so if you're looking for location this works.
No places to eat nearby. WiFi was intermittent and didn't work well at all. Free breakfast was cereal, breads, fruit, processed eggs and sausage so we didn't eat there. Water pressure in showers was poor. Parking garage is very tight making it necessary to maneuver in and out of spaces and an additional $26 plus tax per night so take that into consideration.
I liked the location , it was great near every thing, the beds were comfortable .
The view were at the back side of the hotel not on the golden gate bridge, food has limited varieties.
Walking distance from Fisherman's Dwarf
A lot of traffic noise both day and night. We indicated at the reservation that we wanted a quiet room, but we got a room at the street side corner of Ness Ave and Lombard street and next to the elevator. They were not able to change room when we requested. For the breakfast there were not enough knives.
I liked the breakfast perfect time window. Liked that it was with in walking distance to pear 39.
the bed was to lumpy and the pillows to soft. even the firm pillows wear to soft. the parking inside is only for small cars. cant park outside to check in only have to drive up to parking garage and an say your checking in.
The young man who checked us in was very polite and friendly.
No mini refrigerator. I like to take the stairs and the doors all had signs posted alarm would sound if you used the stairs. Only two elevators and they were extremely slow.
The room was clean, the hotel not too far from fisherman's wharf. Some of the staff were friendlier than others.
The wifi never worked, too many networks and none were good. Had to go to starbucks to get connected...paid $26.00 a day for parking and it's first come first served so if you don't have a spot in the vary tiny spaces than you have to go six blocks to park your car. Don't drive to this hotel,
The staff were absolutely brilliant.
The hotel itself was a little dated and could do with modernisation.
Worst parking of any hotel I've ever stayed with.
The staff was excellent.
My car was broke into and my favorite pair of shoes was stolen. Among other things : (
Breakfast ok luggage keeping
