we got the first day a small room on a low flor, and because of our honeymoon , we ask for a better view room, and the next day we got a very nice room!!! the persons at the reseption were very kind!!! the Pluming of the next room , was not working and we cound't sleep all night. They fixed it after 1 day and after many request from us!!! |

the breakfast was good but the breakfast room was too small. I often waited. for the free table. the location near the subway and near central park. the room and the restroom too many small, the carpet in the room was dusty. We payed the amount( four dollars for night more ) different for the identical rooms, we noticed it only after departure.The lobby staff was rather discourteus. |

regret to say our stay was not as good as anticipated. there was only one elevator which broke down and we had to climb 14 floors to get to our room.Horrible experiance the rooms were small. hotel need renovation. only one elevator and very small passageways. extremely low end budget hotel.too expensive for its value and standard |

Location is great, near Central Park and 2 Subway Stations. Also near numerous restaurants. Only one lift, breakfast area far too small; albeit good value for money compared to most of Manhattan. |

The staff was nice and the breakfast was good. The room (1403) had a dirty odor. The carpet also had a terrible odor. |

The only positive thing that can be said about this hotel is that is it quite well localized, near the Central Park. The rooms are very small. There is practically no place to put clothes, the bathrooms are so tiny one cannot freely move or take shower there. Practically no place where to sit and put a notebook. We tried a triple room and a double room with a rollup bed (for 3 people) - it was practically impossible to move in the room. The breakfast room is very small - 6 tables for a hotel having 96 rooms(!!!!!), the guests have to wait for the place or eat standing, The breafasts are not good and exactly the same every day. The staff is not very nice, it is very difficult to see a smile on their faces they speak poor English. The name of the hotel - Comfort Inn - is totally misleading, there is nothing comfortable there. Never again !!!!! |

The location is fantastic! 1/2 block off Central Park West - which, coincidentally is the route of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade - which we were there for. Rates are reasonable compared to other properties in the City. Everything is small (room, lobby, elevator, etc) but that is to be expected in NY. Had issues with housekeeping - rooms were cleaned late in the day - mid-afternoon. This complicated out plans. Didn't get in-room coffee service refilled one day. Also, in-room movie was poor picture quality - at first it was unwatchable, and we called. When we re-ordered, it was better but still poor. |

Quiet area, availability of Wifi in the room, comfortable bed, fruit and yogurt for breakfast. Breakfast room too small for the number of people at breakfast. I had to ask for a copy of bill when checking out. |

Hotel offered free wi-fi. Hotel is situated in a calm neighbourhood and close to Central Park Room was very very small, abolutely no value for money. Breakfast room too small - not enough tables for people to sit, every morning during 5 days same issue. Safety deposit box had to be paid for and was not included in the room-rate!!! Staff not too friendly. |

the location was in a good position in new york. the proximity to the best locations in new york is excellent. Underground is easy to reach. the continent, to which the breakfast is related (continental breakfast !!!) is not explored and invented right now. the room is much too small for that hotel. the struggle for breakfast happens every morning and has been partly obscure. |

Proximity to Columbus Ave, Central Park. Since Manhattan is so walkable, the location is almost ideal Public computer was full of glitches and unfriendly to user. Very small elevator to accomodate 14 floors of patrons. |

The location suited us perfectly. Shopping and restaurants were very close. Also nearby were the cultural centers we were on the trip for: Lincoln Center and the mmac. The room was very small (which of course is typical for city hotels), but the weather was very mild for November and the room was hot! With the help of the maintenance person by the end of the second day we had it under control, but it was very uncomfortable for 1/2 of our stay. |
