Localização para quem gosta de tranquilidade, sossego. Proximidade do Central Park. Proximidade de 2 museus American Museum of Natural History e Metropolitam Museum of Art. Proximidade de estações de subway. Café da manhã incluso na diária. Limpeza. A funcionária que atende no refeitório é eficiente.

O refeitório para café da manhã muito pequeno. O atendimento de alguns funcionários da recepção foi frio. Falta de frigobar no apartamento.

tão cheio que para tomar café da manhã tinha filas no acanhado espaço disponível. Inclusive num dia, desistí e fui tomar na rua

A recepção deixa a desejar pela falta de atenção de alguns deles aos hóspedes. Nenhum recepcionista fala português ou espanhol, e o que fala pouco espanhol, é muito antipático e sempre mau humorado.Solicitei um "frigobar" para o aptº (opcional e sem ônus) e n/fui atendido. Reclamei do mau funcionamento do ar condicionado e tb n/fui atendido. Só ficou funcionando a ventilação.

the breakfast was good but the breakfast room was too small. I often waited. for the free table. the location near the subway and near central park.

the room and the restroom too many small, the carpet in the room was dusty. We payed the amount( four dollars for night more ) different for the identical rooms, we noticed it only after departure.The lobby staff was rather discourteus.

regret to say our stay was not as good as anticipated. there was only one elevator which broke down and we had to climb 14 floors to get to our room.Horrible experiance

the rooms were small. hotel need renovation. only one elevator and very small passageways. extremely low end budget hotel.too expensive for its value and standard

Location is great, near Central Park and 2 Subway Stations. Also near numerous restaurants.

Only one lift, breakfast area far too small; albeit good value for money compared to most of Manhattan.

The only positive thing that can be said about this hotel is that is it quite well localized, near the Central Park.

The rooms are very small. There is practically no place to put clothes, the bathrooms are so tiny one cannot freely move or take shower there. Practically no place where to sit and put a notebook. We tried a triple room and a double room with a rollup bed (for 3 people) - it was practically impossible to move in the room. The breakfast room is very small - 6 tables for a hotel having 96 rooms(!!!!!), the guests have to wait for the place or eat standing, The breafasts are not good and exactly the same every day. The staff is not very nice, it is very difficult to see a smile on their faces they speak poor English. The name of the hotel - Comfort Inn - is totally misleading, there is nothing comfortable there. Never again !!!!!

The location is fantastic! 1/2 block off Central Park West - which, coincidentally is the route of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade - which we were there for. Rates are reasonable compared to other properties in the City. Everything is small (room, lobby, elevator, etc) but that is to be expected in NY.

Had issues with housekeeping - rooms were cleaned late in the day - mid-afternoon. This complicated out plans. Didn't get in-room coffee service refilled one day. Also, in-room movie was poor picture quality - at first it was unwatchable, and we called. When we re-ordered, it was better but still poor.

Room was ok, Bed was old and not very comfortable. The breakfast was a not very good. Service was good, we got an extra bed for free.

Quiet area, availability of Wifi in the room, comfortable bed, fruit and yogurt for breakfast.

Breakfast room too small for the number of people at breakfast. I had to ask for a copy of bill when checking out.

I was very pleased with the hotel. The staff was helpful, h room comfortable and a great location- close to 2 subway lines and the price ws great.
