i liked that it was in the city and very close to the staple center. rooms were very nice. i had reserved 2 and one of them was upgraded and was very nice and large. the tv in the queen room showed a flat screen tv online but it was not in person. and the only tv channels that we seemed to get perfect were in spanish. we started watching a movie and over time the station got so fuzzy we could not watch it anymore. only 4 tv stations came in

They were very accommodating putting our family with my daughters graduation close together. They were able to make it where the three rooms were on the same level very close to one another. Breakfast area needs to be larger people were in line for the waffle maker and their were at larst 12 people waiting for seating. The fruit was not being replenished fast enough. Breakfast should go longer as it help the traffic being so much at once!

Thx mostly ok ( I stay in Comfort Hotel in Japan most of the case when I go to Japan, they are nice) Noise from boiler room or generator room ? so loud in night time and I couldnt sleep well. Other wise it's ok

easy to get a cab to event and back. Also our room had a balcony with table. That was cool. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, but cab rides were easy to get.

Very comfortable, clean and cheap. Big LCD TV in the room. 20 minutes walk to LA Downtown, 3 min walk to metro station. The breakfast could be better. Location is in the mexican district, lots of garbage on the streets

Although the area wasn't the best, it was about one mile from Staples Center and Convention center, The difference in cost for hotels closer definitly made it a good bargain and would recommend.

It was very close to the highway and to downtown. The parking is affordable vs the downtown hotels There was trash scattered around the outside of the building. As previous reviews state, you are not in the nicest neighborhoods. However, it was not bad. I didn't feel unsafe, but I also didn't go for an evening stroll. The breakfast area is very small, so I brought my food up to my room each day.

Hotel was nice, it has just been remodeld so everything is nice and up to standard, rrom was perfect and evrything was clean. The location is quit good and central but would not recommend to go for a late night walk in the area. The subway is like 15 min walk from the hotel in one straight line. The breakfast area is very small and gets easy crowded, and they only have like one toaster so there is always one big line for the toaster. Also I think it would help if they would extend the breakfast time a bit longer as it's only from 6:30 til 9:30. Also it is very basic do not expect much

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, well maintained rooms, breakfast included, close to downtown la, metro station nearby. The street you walk from metro station to the hotel is dirty and full of strange people. The breakfast is very simple and the same every day (so if you stay 1 or 2 nights it´s ok.)

No parking fees and the room has a balcony. Toilet made noise, I had to shut the valve when not in use. The room was aged and smelled.
