Hotel was nice, breakfast was only continental , for us it was enough. Swimming pool would have been great, but was in the shade when we wanted to use it. Staff were very friendly.
Small breakfast room, too cramped. Building work in hotel, in the morning it was noisy.
can't even sleep well. noise and bed is not good
Com for table and green
No breakfast and bad location
- AC fans are very noisy and after first night, we requested another room which was better. Even so, in the morning we had to move to another hotel because of power outage that affected more rooms of the hotel (we paid nothing for this)
Nice appearance. Friendly and helpful staff. Good bedrooms. Nice breakfast. Very good wi-fi. In general, very good and affordable option to visit Los Angeles.
The surrounding neighborhoods are not very pretty.
Cheap and good. Waffle breskfast
Cheap Secure Friendly
couldnt put my two rooms together but other than that no worries.
Location, room and wifi
Horrible hotel, dirty, titles missing, uneven pavement, shower faucet labels upside down and backwards, maid service room late in afternoon, breakfast had huge lines and restocking was slow. Horrible parking, not enough for guest several cars parked illegally. Evelavotor needed service stop working half the time I stayed there and out of the six days I stayed the pool was open one of the days and shut down the rest for service. The last and most horrible experience is this hotel runs the credit card at 4am long before check in arrival time and if the card does not have funds they cancel the reservation. In this case my room was cancelled although I had planned on paying with a different card and arrived early to check in. This was the case for a few of my friends that lost reservations we have made well over a year ago. This greedy hotel then re sold the rooms at a higher going rate. I was able to stay there because one of my friends had an extra room however I will never stay at this hotel again. Wait time to check in was over four hours they were Understaff and had poor management.
I was in LA for 48 hours and needed a place proximate to Downtown LA and Northeast areas like Silverlake and Glendale without having to drive highways. This place was perfect for those requirements. It was also proximate to public transit, which was a nice bonus and parking was only $4 a day (a steal compared to other pricy hotels). The front desk was very cordial and provided me with everything I needed, even checked in early. Room was clean and comfortable enough. Great place for the money and for a quick stay.
It's near the Westlake & Alvarado area of LA, which is not the best neighborhood, but I felt safe walking to and from the subway and in my hotel room for sure. Parking gets full quick and can be tight to maneuver. Wi-fi not fast at all and needed to log-in several times while using intensely.
Mrs. Iglesias who is serving in the reception desk is so kind and friendly lady. Her attitutes towards to the customers are grate and excellent.Mrs. iglesias 's understanding of serving provides a highly positive contribution to the prestige of the hotel
Everything could not fault anything
The hotel was around a lot of good food an bar. Not far from downtown. The staff were very nice.
Check out time. Lol
noise, the neighborhood, the small room of breakfast
i liked the people in front office, they recommended the nice places to travel and always helping us
the breakfast itself and the place of resturant was very poor ... and very hot A/C was always out of order .... the location of the hotel was bad.
Good enough to sleep
No room for breakfast Not a safe area at night Personnel not truly helpful
Staff were courteous and friendly. Breakfast was good .close to underground.
Room was cramped. Very suspect area at night.
Lady at the Front Desk was extremely helpful.
Wi-Fi temperament; Breakfast room was way too small
The receptionist was lovely; really helpful and welcoming. Breakfast included Swimming pool Proximity to metro station
Our children did not feel totally at ease walking along 6th Street to the metro station.
Hotel was comfortable and clean and reception staff very helpful.
Breakfast was very crowded and difficult to get to the food
The price was great! The room was clean. Things were stocked. The room even had a mini fridge, which was a very nice surprise. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and informative.
The location isn't the best of neighborhoods. There was a nasty smell in the hallways leading to and from the room. It should really be mentioned that the parking charge shows up on your card as $10 at first, but they put back the $6 when you check out.
The Staff was very pleasant and thorough at their jobs. The room was clean with comfortable beds. I applaud the staff for being courteous and attentive. The woman at the desk the first night was very polite during the whole 5 hour ordeal while trying to take care of so many people by herself.
At check-in there was only one person at the desk for 50-100 people needing to check-in or out. We had to wait just short of 5 hours to get our room. People who had reserved rooms 6-12 months in advance got turned away. We totally missed the first night of our Victory Outreach World Conference with our founders of the church. This was at no fault of the staff. The company who owns the hotel should have been properly staffed for the occasion. The parking was also insufficient for one car per room. We had reserved a room with 2 queen beds and had to settle for a king with roll away bed. The room was then very cramped for the 4 of us.
The hotel room was nice and so was breakfast.
Parking was terrible. We were charged up front for parking for our entire stay. However, we had to park on the street several times and on one of those occasions we got a ticket. If they're gonna charge for parking at all it should be assigned parking to whomever is checked in first. For this reason alone I will never stay here again, unless this policy is changed.
