The roof didn't leak and the walls didn't come down

Ripped sheets, holes in towels, flimsy and worn, horrible for the money

The price was reasonable for the area

The entrance light was burned out, so we had to enter a pitch black room. The soap tray in the tub surround was filthy. The wallpaper was torn and loose fitting, because the walls on either side of the window were crumbling. (not a very secure feeling)

First the hotel room had 2 silver fish (bugs) in the room. I did not feel safe and we refused housekeeping because we didn't trust the people. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. The security staff was not dressed appropriately to show that they were security and my husband caught them sleeping in the guard shack. It was the worst stay ever. We were there on our honeymoon and we left a day early.

The location to the stadium and Cleveland state was goodl, it would be okay if you are looking for somewhere to spend the weekend. Thought it was a little over priced for the room we got.

However there is a 100.00 non refundable deposit for small dogs that we were not aware of until check in (the hotel was listed as pet friendly and we did notate on our reservation we were bringing him). They did reduce it to $50.00, still non refundable, no refrigerator or microwave and the bathtub would not drain while showering. Would prefer a red roof inn for our future stays, never had an issue with them and we get more for our money.

We chose this hotel first because we are loyal to choice hotels and because it was within walking distance of the two places we wanted to visit, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and mainly Progressive Field. The hotel was great, great staff, great room and great location.

Staff were very nice, helpful and accommodating.Location great for theatre and dining.

It was close to downtown cleveland attractions.

The rooms were terrible. Shower and bath were basically in the middle of a living room. It didn't come close to comfortably sleeping 4. Towels were not available. The breakfast was atrocious.

Nothing too much money for how the room looked horrible customer service even the general manager hung up on me and they are not willing to give u refunds even if they made a mistake I would never stay at a comfort inn again because of them

Location was ok.

First on arrival the staff at the desk wasn't polite! We felt like we intruded into her private area. Room is small, no microwave, no refrigerator. We had double beds which weren't comfortable. Too high a price for value, I wouldn't rent it again.

As I was coming for a concert, I liked that it was very close to the venue.

The $50 deposit we had to pay when we checked in I found to be ridiculous. It was completely unexpected and we weren't told prior about anything of the sort, so we ended up not having any money for food or even anything to drink. Thankfully there was tea in the bathroom to fix, but it was less than good.. Try stocking the place with Twinning's tea. It's so much better.
