Breakfast was surprisingly good and had good variety. The waffle maker was idiot proof. The staff was very nice and helpful.
The bed was really hard and the room had a chemical smell. I think it was supposed to cover cigarette smoke but just layered on top of it. I could smell both.
just a regular comfort inn. Bed comfort was ok could be improved. The bedding was worn and had holes.
We weren't bombarded by staff and we free to use facilities comfortably and our room was comfortable.
The indoor pool was freezing and our bathroom was visibly dirty.
IHOP next door and Denny's was across the street. Located at the 4th street exit off I 90. Not a lot of noise and few travelers using the motel.
Pool was not heated! Dated/ older hotel, but clean and a value for the money charged. Breakfast items were limited when compared to the Comfort Inn in Spokane Valley.
It was quiet and staff were good to work with.
The breakfast was a little slim compared to other comfort in n.
Staff was excellent, room fair, mattress to hard but it was clean. The motel was in a good location but a little hard to find.
Location, staff and cleanest.
I drove 300 miles to take my wife to Scarywood. After that drive, checking in was a breeze which made it possible for me to get in the hot tub that much faster. Which felt wonderful. The room was spacious with nice amenities. The king size bed was perfect for my 6' 8" size, and very comfirtable. I slept like a rock. I would choose to stay there again without a second thought.
Comfortable bed and room. later than usual checkout time.
finding the driveway entrance.
Not much. Can't think of any positives relative to a Shilo Inn we stayed in a 10 days ago for less cost.
Dirty bed spread, stained chair, mis-matched furniture, dirty hallways, poor room layout. Not located as advertised.
Pool was closed, elevator was very slow for the door to close, dining area pretty small when full of people for breakfast, laundry area needs to be cleaned - machines were very dirty, needed to clean before using.
No couch or lounge chair. Small TV.
The outside landscaping(weeds and such) needs attention. Weeding would help the grounds look more appealing to your guests. Your continental breakfast wasn't very well stocked around 9am when I arrived each morning.
our room itself was fairly good .
Poor signage for entrance. the hotel is in need of upgrades in several areas
Lots of pillows very comfortable bed
sand in the carpet not enough towels thin walls too much noise
room was clean, breakfast was good, and a good location, easy to get to.
TV went on the blink but it was late when we got back from dinner so didn't report it until check out.
The price for the value returned are not equated.
Hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Overall, good stay for the money
Motel was set back from the street and the entrance sign was lost in the clutter from all the other signs.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
This hotel is in an odd spot. You have to locate the driveway, which goes through I Hop parking lot, and turn in quickly or you end up on the freeway or have to go around again. The city will not allow more signage so you have to look in tthe air to find it.
When I booked the room, I told them I had two small dogs. I was not told of the price or if there was a price for having dogs. I found out the hard way someone slipped a piece of paper under the door in the evening. Why not be upfront about it when you sign in? If I had known it was $40 I would've stayed there.
Desk clerk made arrangement for us to check in early. He was very polite.
Dirty toilet bowl.
Building is older and the elevator needs some attention. Pool was over chlorinated. Kids complained that there skin was itchy from too much chlorine.
It was nice that they had free coffee/tea/hot water all day. We were able to use the bowls and utensils to prepare snacks for the kids.
beds were ok, breakfast was good.
Toilet was plugged up, vanity sink lealed , but most of all, the outside appearance of the property was very bad. Im not used to seeing weeds overgrown all over the place, and all driveway lines and parking lot spaces were worn away.Just had an old worn out appearance!
