It was convenient to the Conference center but it did not rain during our stay so the ability to walk was welcomed. I did appreciate the breakfast food. I have asthma and requested a nonsmoking room in my email to the hotel when I booked my room many months ahead. When I arrived, I was assigned a SMOKING ROOM ON THE 2ND FLOOR. I asked immediately to change but was informed that they were full. They did offer to change me to a different room the next day so I was moved not happy with the service. Also, two cockroaches jumped from my husband's suitcase as he was packing to leave. I was not given a receipt and was told that the hotel can not issue me one. How can I receive a receipt? |

It was a really really great deal with great perks...free internet, free fitness room and free breakfast...my friends stayed at a more expensive hotel and did not get any of the free perks we got. They forgot to bring more towels when we asked :P |

Very comfy beds, good breakfasts, great location, free internet and really helpful staff. We left a camera memory stick behind by accident and they not only found it for us but posted it back to us in the UK free of charge! Really helpful Our showerhead was a bit broken. But that's it |

We requested a smoke-free room when we reserved. We did not realize this was taken as a 'preference'. When we arrived to the hotel, they were going to give us the only room that they had - one that was smoking. Upon seeing our son w/ us, they offered us their 'Guest Room'. This room was on the 9th floor - their elevators go to the 8th floor. We hiked our luggage up a flight of stairs that reaked of cigarette smoke. Then up a few more steps into our 'guest' room. This was a large, nonsmoking room; very spacious and deluxe, considering. We also were pleasantly surprised w/ a delightful morning buffet breakfast that included a belgian waffle make-it-yourself bar. Hiking up a flight of stairs w/ our luggage to stay in the "Guest Room" when they acommodated our 'no smoking room' request. Stairs at the entrance that do not accommodate curb-side delivery of luggage on their luggage cart - had to hand carry everything to the curb and wait and extended time for our vehicle to be brought back to us from their parking facility 5 blocks away. Their sign says vallet service could take up to 60 min! (Thankfully, it wasn't that long). |

The rooms, servicies, food is good for the price paid. Has good location, helpful staff. Altough my request was non-smoking room and there was the sign, I felt that there have been smoking in that room. |

We had a great corner room with windows on three walls, it was clean, comfortable and spacious - we loved it and wished we had booked our whole trip there. |

Good location, cool room and nimbly staff Breakfast is good enough, but for my part could well have been a slice of cheese also for instance. |

Ester, the manager on duty when I checked in was very efficient, personable and knowledgeable. She handled my concerns. Breakfast was good, even though they ran out of bananas! I requested a non-smoking room. I was told that request did not come through. My room and the common hallway reeked of cigarette odor. Ester, the manager arranged for an ionizer and spray to help reduce the noxiousness of the odor, however I still awakened the next morning with congestion and blood red eyes! |
