Smokingで予約したが、準備されていなかった。翌日移るということでいったんnon-smokingに入ったが翌日も準備されず、仕方なくnon-smoking-room に滞在したが、check out 時に毎日$50のsmoking in non-smoking room chargeを追加徴収された。抗議した時のフロントの態度が犯罪人扱いで最悪だった。 |

Generally good value for the room rate, considering that it is not 5 star. The staff are friendly and helpful. The "free flow" of hot drinks and delicious cookies at the lobby is wonderful esp when the cold arrives early. |

We liked location and friendly staff. It is less than 15 min. walk to White House and a few minutes more to museums. A little bit worn out room and cold bathroom, but otherwise OK. For the breakfast the hotel could also offer some meat products (salami, sousages). |

Very helpful staff. Quiet. Good location, near the convention center and Metro, and convenient to the places I needed to reach. Also a very good breakfast including waffles. My wife and I may well use this hotel as our base for future Washington trips. Unbeatable on price. |

Excellent Staff support. Very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect to see the sights of D.C. Highly recommend. Very safe area. Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner. |

The hotel is very clean (room-toilet-breakfast lounge). Generous breakfast (repleneshed all the time). Friendly / helpfull staff. The floor corridor has a strong humidity smell but not the room.Very cold breakfast lounge, needs heating. |

i liked the ease of being near to everything i wanted to see and top marks to the receptionist named esther very helpfull indeed the tv didnt always work not enough channels breakfast not enough choice and fitness room not well equipped |

It was convenient to the Conference center but it did not rain during our stay so the ability to walk was welcomed. I did appreciate the breakfast food. I have asthma and requested a nonsmoking room in my email to the hotel when I booked my room many months ahead. When I arrived, I was assigned a SMOKING ROOM ON THE 2ND FLOOR. I asked immediately to change but was informed that they were full. They did offer to change me to a different room the next day so I was moved not happy with the service. Also, two cockroaches jumped from my husband's suitcase as he was packing to leave. I was not given a receipt and was told that the hotel can not issue me one. How can I receive a receipt? |

It was a really really great deal with great perks...free internet, free fitness room and free breakfast...my friends stayed at a more expensive hotel and did not get any of the free perks we got. They forgot to bring more towels when we asked :P |

Very comfy beds, good breakfasts, great location, free internet and really helpful staff. We left a camera memory stick behind by accident and they not only found it for us but posted it back to us in the UK free of charge! Really helpful Our showerhead was a bit broken. But that's it |
