When I arrived at 11;45 pm, they did not have my booking although I had called earlier in the day to verify that they had my booking and Georgina said she would make note of my late arrival. Therefore, I don't think I want to use your service again. I left a copy of my confirmation, etc but if they didn't have an extra room, I would have been homeless in dc - not a comfortable feeling. |
