The Internet didn't work, there was construction going on, it was very noisy and the trucks blocked my car in when we were leaving. The toilet continually flushed on its own, it took reporting it twice to get anything done about it. The phone in the room did not work.

Pool area was nice. Beds were good.

Construction at site which started at 7am/ Older rooms much in need of update. Breakfast items not refilled in timely manner.

The a/c did not work on an 80+ degree day. The refrigerator didnt work to keep drinks cold. Would strongly recommend not staying here.

Hotel staff was generally unhelpful and long line to check in and out. Construction near lobby and pool was disruptive. Long walk to convention center and cabs unwilling to serve hotel guests so far away from downtown Noisy, rude guests with midnight - 4 am arrivals and departures into rooms Not for business travelers if given a choice. Nashville seems to have a shortage of rooms for a city of its size, so lodging choices were limited

On line the advertized rate was 89.99 when I proceeded withe the on line rezervation the rate jumped to 99.99. When I arrived at the hotel, I brought this to the attentionof the desk clerk, who did not care and had attitude of take it or leave it.

Staff was accomodating and pricing was reasonable for traveling on a budget. Location was perfect for exploring the city - most areas were within walking distance which was very helpful.

Lots of morning traffic past our room. Not much to complain about.

The parking lot construction. Rooms very small, hard to get around in. Bathrooms, can't weigh more than 200lbs, won't fit. Door doesn't close. I,d pay the extra next time.

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. We had a group of friends who went to Nashville to run a half marathon and the hotel made life much easier.Three of us forgot to print out our packet information and the front desk happily printed them for us. The place was clean, the price was right and we would definitely recommend this location.

I could park the car close to my room.

The carpet of the room was filthy, the bathroom tiny, the sheets and towels were old and grey, and the breakfast left much to be desired.

very bad conditions for sleeping, lots of noise coming from night bars on the other side of the road and from the construction in the early morning... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. I stayed in Denver for business, I couldn't rest at all during the night.

They put someone else's room charge for $595.00 on my credt card and said they did not do it. Had to get my bank involved. Took two days to get it off. They room charges were way to much for the room we got! Very dissatisfied. Would not recommend this hotel.

staff too busy watching TV during check-in to provide customer service. Room was VERY NOISY, dirty, inadequate AC/heating, and the whole room and bathroom needed major renovations; bedspread and bedding smelled bad.

Rooms were kept nice and clean but there were not enough towels. The breakfast was good and well looked after. That helps with the cost of our holiday a lot.

we had booked rooms for about 4 or 5 nights on line but when we got here only one night was booked for $89.00 and nothing booked for the rest of the nights. We were able to get more nights but at a much greater cost. We don't what happened to our original booking??

Very efficient and well managed staff with cleaning rooms, servicing customers.

We booked our room at least 1 month in advance paid full price and had to stay in a room right above all the renovating construction. Very disturbing, very noisey early in the morning.

The location was very good, and the pool was very clean.

The pillows were the worst I have ever slept on, stiff neck for 3 days, and my husband too. There was no hot water one day, and a bug in the bed. No compensation was offered. I will most likely not stay here again, we also paid $200 a night for this.

Efficient and clean

Renovations to lobby area made the entranceway quite off-putting and there was no warning of this condition when I booked. Also, the front-desk staff seemed a little harried.
