1. Called to advise that I would be checking in late. 2. Arrived at 1:00am to find the entrance door locked and no night auditor. 3. Interior of room had taken a beating...unfinished texture job on the roof; plastic baggie covering smoke detector; lamp busted; refrigerator busted; strange unidentified items on ceiling;drain in shower/tub busted; hair dryer busted. 4. Upon check-in advised not to charge room to my debit card; advised i would pay cash at check-out. Upon checking out found out that charge had been applied to my card. 5. Night auditor had difficulty with computer; was sick and boobs were practically falling out of shirt. 6. Poorly lit rear parking area.
Ease of booking and cost.
Poor quality of service and facility accommodations. Lamps, coffee maker did not work. There were no face nor hand towels and we had to request them more than once. Pool advertised, but not open.
Clean safe good value met expectations
No lighting in back parking lot
The room was large, the beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great!
The pool was closed for repair, the wi-fi was almost non existent and the tv reception seemed snowy on most channels.
Price is fair, staff are kind nd helpful.
No wash cloth, lamp is broken, a/c not dat cold, sink drains very slow, not enough lighting for parking area.
My room was okay.
To far from the road, the other people in my group had roaches in there room and had no coffee pot or anything in it. So for the price was not worth the stay. When we got there to check in the lady at the counter was rude. She didn't greet us, she acted like it was a burden to be working there.
The cost for the stay was reasonable.
Swimming pool out of order; one front desk clerk was not friendly.
The price was rite. We had reserved 5 rooms.
We had no towels in our room. We always take our own. They advertise an indoor pool. That is why we went there. There was no pool at all. There was no manager on site .
Good location. nice breakfast.
Air conditioner worked.
I rented 2 rooms. My son's room had bugs which he killed. Another night he woke up with a bug in his lips. Don't know what kind of bugs they were but they should not be in a motel. The so called free WIFI did not work, it would not accept the password given by the front desk. I wanted a non smoking room (my son's room was #110 and mine was #113) and was told the room was non smoking but both mattresses had cigarette burns on them. The sheet on one bed was still moist so I guess they did not dry it enough after washing the sheets. The door jam of the bathroom was filthy, they either need to wash it or paint it. The dresser had two drawers. Only one had a handle which my wife used. The other drawer was missing the handle and when I tried to open the drawer the nails began to separate from the front of the drawer and the sides of the drawer. Very dirty place. The window blind was torn and they used tape to patch it up instead of replacing it. You ought to check this place out to see how nasty it is. Would never use this motel again.
It was close to many things.
The staff was not helpful or friendly. The price I was quoted to pay on line was way off from the price I paid when I got there.
Price, sheets were clean
Strong chemical smell from hot tub
Room was large and clean. Beds were firm and comfortable.
Breakfast area was inadequate. Only two tables. My granddaughter and I had to take our breakfasts back to our room to eat.
Price was good.
The facility is in need of upgrading. Peeling paint, cracked caulking in bathroom, cooling system didn't cool very well, the exterior window was open and unstable, no luggage cart for use, breakfast is basically cold cereal, toast and coffee. Too much noise at night; parking is bad, only 1 handicap parking space. Sorry!
Cheap, friendly staff, comfortable beds
Air con did NOT work, Window jammed, breakfast was terrible
The breakfast was good
The TV did not work, coffee in the room but no coffee pot. It was noisy.
Maxine was wonderful she was very friendly and helpful, always had a smile on her face.
The pool not open was the only issue.
The pool was closed, the back door didn't work, the room needs repairs and it smelled. The door did not closed right and carpet in the hall needs to be replaced. Overall it needs many, many upgrades.
The shower was great and the beds are pretty comfortable
Pool was out of service and more breakfasts choices
The hotel was a comfort inn & is still in very good condition. Staff tried very hard to assist
The internet did not work till we were checking out. The hallway needed a shampoo.
Room was very clean.
The first few channels on the TV had very poor reception.
Price was good.
Needs more choices for breakfast.
The shower head! Good pressure.
This was not what it looks like, it is not called the Inn of Espanola, its called Travelodge. If we hadn't had GPS we wouldhave never found it. Its hidden youhave to drive in a driveway to find it. You advertise frre breakfast that is a lie, you might be lucky to get coffee. no wi-fi no pool. Looks nothing like the internet add. This definitelyis false advertising! Add said 98.00 total and was charged 110.00 and the reception person didn't even smile or utter a word but name and credit and ID. I wuld not recommend to anyone we wanted a different experience instead of casino hotel but wished we had stuckto what what we usually did. D. Martinez, Pueblo West
Warning!!! Warning!!!i wouldn't stay there again. When I booked this room, it was stated that they had a indoor pool, And breakfast. That was the main reason why I chose it. Then when we arrived, the front desk advised me that they no longer have a pool because the pipes have been frozen and they can't fix them. So I blew it off. We got to the room and I noticed the comforter had black stains on them, and when I lifted it to look at the sheets, they did too. I also found popcorn in the bed too And remind you, I just got there sibit wasn't from us. I went to look at the bathroom and the tub had a circle of rust around the drain. It was discusting. Then we got up in the morning got ready and headed down for some breakfast. When I walked Into the office, I asked the gentleman at the desk, so what's for breakfast, and his reply with a smerk and laugh, we don't have that anymore so your at the wrong place. I was livid. He laughed in my face. Not professional. So I so not recommend this hotel to anyone!!! Warning!!!
