Location Laundry Facilities Business centre Breakfast Availability to a gym
Room was very small Only had a double bed Having to pay for car parking
Location from several restaraunt, shops, brewery's, and my meeting
Dark corridor color. Airport shuttle information
breakfast, reading light on bed. refrigerator and microwavev
small room, sink and mirror outside bathroom
Loved the room, very clean and loved the kitchenette although we were there just overnight. Staff very friendly! Huge complimentary breakfast!
nothing to dislike!
The location is great, right next to the all interesting places in the city, next to the hotel there are many bars and restorants, shops. Sea village is in 15 minutes by walk. The breakfast is much better than in other California's hotels. Parking is large and very good for travelers with car. I will advice this hotel to everyone who searches not expensive good quality holidays in San Diego
Very reasonable, centrally located- they use solar power. Good breakfast variety. Rooms are quite comfortable; laundry facility on site. Down the line when I visit San Diego again, I would definitely book comfort inn and suites.
Only one bad thing was that our room smelled!!! & the shower head is not all that great! Barley have water coming down.
location was excellent, good value for money, comfortable, clean
free breakfast wasn't great as there wasn't enough room for people to sit down
The rooms are very small and smelly. Staff was rude and very unhelpful when asked things. The house keepers kept there carts and roll away beds right outside me door, so that every morning when they came in for work they were banging them on the walls!!! No one never ever stay here!!!!
I loved the location of the hotel - right in the middle of the Gaslamp District, within walking distance of the sea, Petco Park and right on the route of the sightseeing trolley. The hotel and my room were spotless/breakfast was healthy and plentiful/ staff were friendly and I didn't feel afraid there.
Elevator was a little tempremental and the area could be noisy late at night.
We picked this hotel for the price and location. The hotel is very near all the major bus routes and within walking distance to many bars, restaurants and shops. The rooms are small but fine for a few nights. We had breakfast included, there was a good selection of decent food. We had no complaints during our 3 night stay.
Good breakfast supplied - free access to computer in foyer and laundry facilities available
Walking distance to Gaslamp and restaurants.
Online description said private parking, no reservation needed although they still charge you an arm and a leg ($18/day). We parked in their lot and were told we had to move across the street to a public lot. Not only did we have to try and get across a busy, one way street, we circled the whole lot and no spaces were available. We went back to the private lot and told the hotel clerk this and he then had to give us a pass for their private lot. He said something like parking wasn't guaranteed but I told him the online description didn't say anything about needing reservations to park. It's a busy area and this is highly inconvenient plus, if we had found a spot across the street, we would have had to drag our bags across and down the street. As it is, you have to drag then around the corner to the entrance. The room was miniscule. The only sink was right next to the bed. I would not recommend this place unless you only cared about the location. It's old too and the room was the smallest one I've ever been in.
The double bes was too little for two persons!
Convenient to downtown, zoo, sea world, waterfront, and airport.
Our whole bed shook anytime either one of us turned over. When we arrived I asked for 2 extra pillows. They brought them up with no pillow cases. The staff weren't very friendly at the front desk. Then I am not sure why they think 2 towels is enough for 2 people as a woman I always use 2 just on my on.
if you pay twice what you're supposed to, everything else is irrelevant
We paid cash, but they charged our credit card also. Almost a month later and they still refuse they have charged the credit card, and they claim some other hotel with the same name have charged it for the same amount at the same dates. I hope I get refunded through booking.com and my credit card company, but the incompetence of the management is beyond belief.
Tiny room, dark halls, no views
