Staff were wonderful
Comfy and compact! Has everything you need ! Great staff & location! And breakfast was much more than we expected!
Little small but made up for it by all the comforts of having microwave & fridge!:))
Room small but comfortable. Staff very helpful. Location outstanding.
Comfortable, clean, great location, good facilities
Reception at times not so polite
The location was amazing for the price. The room was clean, modern, perfect for a one person traveler.
But the room was tiny for two adults. The bed was only a full size and barely fit in the room. The sink for the bathroom is in the bedroom area.
---4th flr---small-cozy---Breakfast was abundant ------
Great location. Close to restaurants, shops, entertainment etc. Good parking at a reasonable rate
breakfast included, perfect location, microwave in the room
How everything was so close location was on point.
Not a thing
Parking Lot needs to be secured and or patroled. My car window was smashed during an attempted theft in the parking lot which they charge an overprice fee in my opinion for unsecured parking.
Perfect location (close to fantastic restaurants), clean and comfortable rooms (except for the noise), decent breakfast, free wifi, free access to a computer and a printer in the lobby, good price.
Quite a lot of outside noise goes through the windows, which sometimes disturbs at night. They advertise free transportation to the airport, but when I asked about it, they told me I should take a taxi... Fortunately, there are city buses or you can even walk there ;)
The location was ok for downtown, S.D.
Room 307 was on the street LOUD, and next to the elevator UGH! Never stay there again.
Nice place, good location.
Noise in room from outside. Earplugs were needed, that you provided. I think all you need is find a way to fix that
Perfect location. Very generous breakfast. Room small but efficient design and comfortable. Very clean.
Paying $20 per night for parking. Advertised an airport shuttle but it only goes one way. You have to cab it back to the airport.
location, value, free breakfast, parking (not free, but less expensive)
The room was comfortable!! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean:)
We needed it the room to be warmer!! I called and they told me how to turn the heater on but it was still cold, I called again and they offered to bring a heater and they never did!! I also didn't like the fact that I wasn't told I had to pay for parking ahead of time!!
Location, laundry facilities, parking (though not complimentary)
Parking was cheaper than other hotels.
Hotel room and hallways had a terrible odor and 'damp' feeling. Had to buy Febreeze to even stand to be in our room! Staff were not helpful or very friendly when asking for recommendations on bars and restaurants.
clean. Taking care for little things like the towels. Great location
everything was good
This was our first trip to San Diego and we could not have pick a better hotel. The staff were great and breakfast was well worth the stay. We will be back.
Location, comfort and cleanliness, excellent breakfast bar. Wonderful staff.
I liked how close the Hotel was to all the restaurants, bars and nightlife. It was also close to the Trolley/Metro. The bed was firm, but that is how I like it.
The site states they have a free airport shuttle. However, it's only from the Airport to the Hotel. You have to pay for a taxi to get back to the airport.
Paying $20 extra for parking was a surprise
We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the value offer from this hotel.
Walking distance to all parts of the Gaslamp District, and the cheapest overnight parking in downtown San Diego ($20 per night).
The elevator is a little slow, old and small.
