Clarion Inn Lake Buena Vista  

It was clean and close to disney. The staff was curteous and helpfull. I really like that it has security gate at entrance of property.

We chose the Clarion Inn for its proximity to SeaWorld which was fine, it is also located close to a small shopping mall that has bars, restaurants and a grocery store.

The hotel is right next to the Interstate 4 Highway, despite requesting a "quiet location" we were allocated a room that faced the Highway and the traffic noise was loud and relentless. The room was also looking dated particularly the bathroom.

the splash area for kids didnt work our entire week at the hotel, and i had called and asked prior to booking about the splash area. The tv's have no sound, we called and was told all the tvs are like that. I will never stay at the hotel again, not even if you offered a free room Would never recommed, however the staff was friendly, very friendly, but nothing worked,The room keys, are a joke, it takes 10 swipes and a long prayer to open

The pool is good but the splash area was broken the entire time (stuff happens). The bartender was great, she went out of her way and gave us tons of restaurants for sea food and they were amazing, she was really the only reason that saved this hotel from a poor rating. Location was across the highway from an outlet mall.

The doors were broken, they only open if you pull the handle in one direction but they never told us that. One of the doors to the pool was broken (couldn't slide keycard). Bathroom is kind of weird, it's like a toilet room and a sink room closed off by sliding doors.

Neigbourhood was good. Parking lot was good. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

Front desk not very kind and did not show much interest in anything I went there to ask for. Felt a little bit "not important", "just another annoying client", at least what I felt. Also did not like the crowded breakfast place, for the size of the hotel, Clarion should have either a bigger restaurant, or more than one, to be able to serve properly every client. The shower in my room was a bit loose, and did not have much pressure and water volume. Transfers to the parks had too little options of time departures and arrivals, not good. Thankfully we rented a car, and did not depend on it.

beds are comfortable.light on closet space. breakfast buffet not very good. bathroom very small. But would recommend for a short stay.

Location and Price. Rooms were newly remodeled and bed was very comfortable

They used a horrible room freshner in the air conditioner. I had to remove it and take it outside to the garbage. The need to look for a more neutral smell

The wireless network did not work properly; the room was very noisy (facing on the road); I had to change to rooms before getting a decent location. I do not suggest to go there.

Love the hotel...kid friendly...will visit again...excellent location...will refer hotel to family and friends

Everything was wonderful.

The splash zone was being worked on at the time of our stay, the kids were a little disappointed.
