売店が夜遅くまで開いていたので、すごく助かりました。 電気ポットがあれば、インスタント食品が食べられ、観光等で夜遅く帰ったときにでも食事ができると思います。使えない自販機が多かったです。浴室に換気扇があれば友達に気兼ねせずに用を足すことができると思います。 |

Horrible unhelpful staff... Hotel was overlooking the highway, so it was extremely noisy. Our room was locked and nobody could not open it, "due to cold weather the lock has been broken". So we stayed without our luggage, money, documents for the whole evening/night. Finally we got free room and could sleep at least. Our previous room they opened only in the morning. |

The hotel should have different dinning rooms for the free breaksfast and the hot buffet. It gets a little confusing and the service ended up being very poor. |

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. If you are expecting a 5 star resort, do not stay here. It is a cheap place to stay in a good area, close to all attractions and well maintained. If you are driving, just drive to the parks as the shuttle does come often but really not too convenient. |

It is very centrally located. I was happy to find, at the end of the day, expensive belongings that I had left in the room while out. I had a problem with the air conditioning that was only partially resolved. |
