Good value

Shuttle took forever

Disappointment! The only reason to chose this hotel was that is provides "Free shuttle to and form airport". Nobody adviced us that it operates only from 6 am to 10 pm. We had to pay for taxi both times. The taxi driver added "airport tax" to the price (actually does not exist!!) that made our impression of the hotel service even more unpleasant. Finally 5 hours sleep cost me more than $100 for this cheap motel. Room was clean, but smelly

Though they advertised an airport shuttle - which was the primary reason we chose this hotel - they only began at 6 am and we had a 6:30 flight, so we had to get a cab. If they are going to advertise a shuttle they need to tell people the hours of operation if it isn't going to be available when needed. Also - bad pillows.

The room was clean and neat.

The booking said you had airport shuttle service and we were picked up, but there was no shuttle back to the airport because our flight left at 6:00 am and that is when the shuttle service started. If you promise shuttle service to the airport then have it or provide cab fair.

The representative Adil was absolutely wonderful, as was the evening staff were all very accomidating. The hotel does not have shuttle services after 10 p.m. & before 6:00 a.m. which really was an inconvenient since I had a flight at 6:00 am and needed shuttle service at 4:45 a.m. along with another couple that had a 6:15 a.m. which we did share the cab fare, but again this was something that was offered and yet not within the time frame I needed. I considered & booked this hotel because of the complimenty breakfast and shuttle service.

It would have been nice to have dishes & a toaster since they offered the kitchentte. I wish the shuttle service was available from 4:30 (for early flights) until 12:30 a.m. (late flight arrivals)

Everything was fine until when we went to bed and found everything, linen, pillows, blankets, all smelled like bleach. My boyfriend felt dizzy because of that.

No frills but didn't pay for any

It had a big comfortable bed. The room was clean. It was close to the strip. Good value for money.

The staff was so professional and attended to our needs immediately.

We think the hotel represents a great value. We appreciate that we could bring our pet.

Desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable.Free parking nice.Continential breakfast good. All in all, a good value for the money and would stay there again.

Main complaint is access to the motel. We drove from the Grand Canyon to Las Vegas and found it difficult to get to the motel because Paradise Rd. Is one way (going the opposite direction from where we were approaching) and would suggest directions including the one way issue when booking the motel.

We enjoyed our stay there. The bed was comfortable, the room clean and the staff were very helpful. A good breakfast was also provided plus shuttle to the airport at a time of our choosing.
