close to the subway station bad odor in guest bathroom and carpet or rug was smell bad,security had to come down to the room to spray something to get rid of the smell but that did not work at all |

It is an oasis (good value!) in a poor neighbourhood. That made it less expensive than Manhattan hotels. But inside it is impeccable. The neighbourhood is not good, but safe. We knew that before and knew that the neighbourhood would not be of great importance for us, because we spent time in many parts of the city |

The location is very good because there is a subways on the corner of the hotel, and after 3 stops you're on time square! so location is very good although it's on Queens... You can hear the subway from the room, but it's not that loud. I totally recommend this hotel! Ah! The break fast is included and is very good! no. I like it. I mean, I wish I could get a better price, but compering with others hotel in Manhattan the price was good. |

It was convenient to the subway and quick to get to Manhattan and the staff were helpful. Location was noisy, limited facilities both in the hotel and nearby. Which was OK for the one night I stayed, but I wouldn't stay for an extended period. |

Good value for money The neighborhood. According to one of the hotel staff, large parts of the area will be redeveloped in the next 5-10 years, and there are many empty buildings and small industries. So, it feels a little deserted, except in the direction of the subway. |
