The location is very good because there is a subways on the corner of the hotel, and after 3 stops you're on time square! so location is very good although it's on Queens... You can hear the subway from the room, but it's not that loud. I totally recommend this hotel! Ah! The break fast is included and is very good!

no. I like it. I mean, I wish I could get a better price, but compering with others hotel in Manhattan the price was good.

It was convenient to the subway and quick to get to Manhattan and the staff were helpful.

Location was noisy, limited facilities both in the hotel and nearby. Which was OK for the one night I stayed, but I wouldn't stay for an extended period.

Good value for money

The neighborhood. According to one of the hotel staff, large parts of the area will be redeveloped in the next 5-10 years, and there are many empty buildings and small industries. So, it feels a little deserted, except in the direction of the subway.

The bed was fantastic! Very comfortable! The staff were always very welcoming and helpful. It is so well situated and close to the subway. I loved being able to see the skyscrappers of New York from the window.

Once inside this hotel it is a perfectly adequate budget priced hotelbut that cannot compensate for the site

The hotel is situated next door to a rubbish dump. It is in the middle of an industrial area, not a residential one

Location is not glamorous but is very convenient to Manhattan. This hotel is avery good value for the proce considering the exorbitant hotel rates in Manhattan.

Very good value for the money. Bedroom was clean and not too small. Breakfast was simple but good.

The only concern was the neighborhood, which is a bit ugly and did not appear to be so safe at first, although we had no problems at all. The proximity to the metro station (one block away), compensated for it, though.
