Nice location: surroundings not too exciting, but very close to subway to Manhattan; comfortable room with a little bit of noise; good continental breakfast |

the cab company the clerk called charged us $40 to go from the hotel to manhatten (and was painfully slow), where as on the cab ride home, it was $16 (and we traveled at a significantly faster travel time). |

I appreciate the close subway station and connection downtown. For the price was the stay resonable, not luxury and for not very demanding clients it´s OK. I would suggest less anti-moth detergent, we couldn´t get rid of the smell :-) and prefer better breakfast, as well as the space for sitting down. but those are marginals... |

The location is good. The hotel is really close to a subway station. I enjoyed my comfortable stay in NY and it was not so expensive compared to staying in Manhattan. |

Easy access to the metroline The breakfast area is very small and unsuitable for a hotel of this size. People had to stand to eat. |

cleanliness and proximity to subway breakfast area too limited. we had a nasty feeling waiting to be served. Some guests quite insensitive. Probably, a written notice would be appropriate so they understand that breakfast area was not a place to relax and take your time while there was a queue for a decent and short breakfast. Also, high noise level due to subway trains. |

Reasonably priced accommodation for a very well located New York hotel. The subway is a two minute walk. Some good food is available nearby. Do not let the adjacent scrap yard and an area due for regeneration put you off. This is a very clean well serviced place to stay if you are having a busy visit to New York! |

The location was good. The rooms were very clean and the bed was ok. It was really to noisy. My wish to get a quiet room was ignored. So we had to sleep with earplugs. |

Room, even on "Lower Level" (abd lesss expensive) was absolutely clean and fine for me. Easy three minute walk to the nearest Subway stop. Area surrounded by dumps (literally, scrap metal dumps and plastic dumps), but several nice restaurants within a five minute walk. |

This hotel is really great located, just 2min by walk to the subway stop, other two stops are avialable within 5min by walk! You can also see a bit the skyline of Manhattan looking out of the window. The area, even so close to everything, is a bit strange. We as a couple felt safe, but travelling alone I would not recommend booking this hotel. Do not expect a huge breakfast, but as a fast start this is okay. |
