Renovations in progress so a bit untidy but didn't really subtract from overall experience
My husband went into the staff only bathroom. That's where they kept the breakfast food for the next day. Needless to say we went and got breakfast at another place. I would rather not eat the food after it was in a bathroom. The ac was not working in the elevator and in the hallways. My daughter almost got burnt by the water in the shower. It was almost on cold before we could get in. A warning would be nice.

remodeling currently, looks very old, slow elevator, scary neighborhood- ex. gas station across the street only allows purchases/exchange of money through a bullet proof sliding window!

Very noisy. Frig was small and wasn't very cold at all. Roomed smelled like smoke. Road outside was very noisy!

The room was ok, although paint chipping from the ceiling. Beds were comfortable and for the most part room was clean.
Wi-Fi was horrible kept getting kicked off and would have to log in again. We did not have water for the first 4 hours that we were there because they were working on it. Renovations were going on, and construction supplies were all over the place. Pool was not very clean.
front desk staff and breakfast staff friendly
Pool was closed, huge disappointment, to me there should be an automatic discount if pool facilities are closed. Rooms although 'renovated' were disgusting, beds uncomfortable, very thin walls. We paid about 100./night should have been about a 60./night stay!

Only stayed one night. Not much to comment on that we didn't like. Couldn't easily find the continental breakfast though.
The hotel smelled too much like spent cigerettes. The elevator and the main entrance. Also, the room was half painted and who could see where they tried to patch some holes. Overall ok.
The hotel iv very neat and clean. good location in small city with all shopping area and restaurants.

Hotel was in renovation. I listened the personnel accept reservation by phone without inform the client of this. Dust in the lobby, parking used by material, noise of metal saw from 7am. Workers in passage. It was beginning of august, renovation previous until november.
The gentleman at the front desk was very polite. The rooms were very clean and had no musty smell like other hotels I have stayed in. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were also great.
The gentleman at the front desk when I checked out was not very friendly and was rude. Not a good asset for your company.
