Very nice view from higher floors.
There is an ongoing noice which is very disturbable 24hours s in the rooms (not so much in higher floors). Central heating was not working in my room! Temperature outside was -1degrees ceclius!
The staff was really kind and helpful, nice bathroom, breakfast.
Noisy neighbours I could hear clearly
Front desk is very helpful and friendly, clean little hotel
They mess up my booking thank God I call ahead they say they couldn't find my booking first, by the time I am checking in, the front desk say u have two bookings, there's something u need to improve on.
location food staff
rooms not very clean
Street noise Location
Breakfast with waffle was good, also hotel is good located
Furniture too old, Not really clean
Clean room - bathroom was redone recently, very clean. Located on the outskirt of Chinatown, easy access by Subway.
Breakfast is good but there's definitely not enough room (about 5 or 6 small tables). A bit pricey for what this hotel is, we paid about 380$ for 2 queens for 1 night.
- location - room - staff
- no free parking (outdoor is expensive) - price (ok, it is in Manhattan...)
Comfortable! Space is tiny but who stays in the hotel room in NYC? It was perfect to sleep and wake up to free breakfast!
The shower... Hardly any pressure.
Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Really liked the breakfast which had a surprisingly good variety of foods. Desk staff was very helpful, provided us with an excellent map of the city
Not really in the best location for tourists. Not walking distance to anything, but only a block away frow the D line which gets you uptown pretty quickly
Close to lots of restaurants
Area too noisy. Street of hotel partially closed.
Really liked the location of the hotel. And most definitely the lovely helpful lady serving breakfast! We liked the breakfast and it's good that you can grab a cup of coffe around the clock.
Good deal for the price
As others say this hotel gave me comfortable stay. Always clean room, nice staff, free wifi (well connected), good breakfast, near metro station. If I visit NY again, I will definitedly choose this hotel.
This hotel is located in China town, a little be smelly around the hotel and saw some rats on a street.
Staff continuously were happy to help, including promptly when I left my phone in private drivers vehicle at airport, rooms were comfortable.
No dinner food close enough by for late arrival or lone traveller. Vending machine only.
Small space for breakfast, WI-FI is not always available.
Big room , really good .,
Value for money Clean
Bed a bit hard
The 3 to 11 desk person was terrific. I think his name was Sean. The breakfast was a nice touch. The view was lovely and the room was comfortable. it is a good deal at $159 but overpriced at $239.
Whoever cleaned our room did not check to see if we had used the coffee and we did not have clean cups one of three days.
Closeness to main attractions in Manhattan. Good hot breakfast
Comfortable and clean rooms
Location(ChinaTown), breakfast, highly price
Clean Hotel located in the hearth of chinatown, sourranded by chinese merchants.
Better to forget about their breakfast. Very small breakfast area, actually there is no specific dinning room or even section, they have just put a couple of tables and chairs in ground floor corridor. the space too small even when the hotel is semi-booked you have to wait to find an empty corner to eat your breakfast. The quality of the food and breads is the lowest possible of the market. We have been given a too small double room with a king size bed but we didn't have enough space even to open our loggages. They changed our room the secound day after we complained about the room size. The Wifi didn't work correctly, disconnecting every 30 secounds with the message of "too many users". After our complains, the manager explanation was inacceptable: "the poor quality is because we have too many guests"!!
I was within walking distance (less than two miles) of the event I attended in the east village. Nothing fancy but clean and pleasant. Perfect for my needs!
outdated, holes in the ceiling, tears in the curtains, mold in the bathrooms, no parking managed by the hotel
Arrived for 4 July celebration at Brooklyn Bridge so nice surprise. Stayed 5 nights as Chinatown is good for services and subway only 2 blocks away.Hotel is unpretentious but value for money.
Seating for breakfast is limited.
