Small space for breakfast, WI-FI is not always available.
Big room , really good .,
Value for money Clean
Bed a bit hard
The 3 to 11 desk person was terrific. I think his name was Sean. The breakfast was a nice touch. The view was lovely and the room was comfortable. it is a good deal at $159 but overpriced at $239.
Whoever cleaned our room did not check to see if we had used the coffee and we did not have clean cups one of three days.
Closeness to main attractions in Manhattan. Good hot breakfast
Comfortable and clean rooms
Location(ChinaTown), breakfast, highly price
Clean Hotel located in the hearth of chinatown, sourranded by chinese merchants.
Better to forget about their breakfast. Very small breakfast area, actually there is no specific dinning room or even section, they have just put a couple of tables and chairs in ground floor corridor. the space too small even when the hotel is semi-booked you have to wait to find an empty corner to eat your breakfast. The quality of the food and breads is the lowest possible of the market. We have been given a too small double room with a king size bed but we didn't have enough space even to open our loggages. They changed our room the secound day after we complained about the room size. The Wifi didn't work correctly, disconnecting every 30 secounds with the message of "too many users". After our complains, the manager explanation was inacceptable: "the poor quality is because we have too many guests"!!
I was within walking distance (less than two miles) of the event I attended in the east village. Nothing fancy but clean and pleasant. Perfect for my needs!
outdated, holes in the ceiling, tears in the curtains, mold in the bathrooms, no parking managed by the hotel
Arrived for 4 July celebration at Brooklyn Bridge so nice surprise. Stayed 5 nights as Chinatown is good for services and subway only 2 blocks away.Hotel is unpretentious but value for money.
Seating for breakfast is limited.
The desk manager accommodated our early check in request.
Not enough seats to take breakfast as the area is too small. Room very small.
location clean rooms
Good breakfast. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Located near several subway stations. Room was very quiet. Many nice restaurants near the hotel.
Room was just big enought for three people and their luggage, four people would have been very thight.
Bed was comfortable and clean as was bathroom which unfortunately was not the case with the rest of the room.
Carpets were extremely dirty and stained, as were walls giving a sense of general dirtiness which for a chain hotel is unacceptable.
The Wi-Fi did not work every day. Breakfast was not so good. Langaton netti ei toiminut joka päivä. Aamiainen oli joka päivä sama.
Carpet ins the room extremly dirty.
location helpfull staff
Excellent location, lovely view from window (9th floor) and good basic breakfest. The rooms were modern and clean, comfy bead and clean bathroom. The staff was also very helpful. Would definitely recommend!
Location Spacious room Friendliness of staff Breakfast included W-Lan
goon breakfast (compared to usual NY breakfast)
Room was a bit noisy and air condition did not work properly (when we pushed "cool" -button, we got hot insetad of cool...)
The hotel itself is clean and the bathroom is newly decorated, the breakfast is not bad. It's very close to Grand Street subway station.
The outside environment is not very good, in dirty Chinatown. New York City is dirty and chaotic but Chinatown is even worse.
BedBugs here -- not good…classic itchy arrangement on my body for days after…hopefully they did not get into luggage and clothes...i know these creatures can be even in the best hotels and are nearly everywhere, but still i would strongly hesitate coming back here because of that.
Just returned from a 5 night stay. The beds are so comfortable. It was -5 while we were away and the rooms were at a nice temperature. The rooms were attended to everyday and towels were changed everyday. The hotel is a two minute walk from the subway station which is perfect.
Breakfast was poor. The hotel is limited on space where breakfast is served and this means they can not provide a decent service. Shame.
