Fantastic location with friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money with continental breakfast included in the price. Breakfast supposedly on until 10.00 am but started to close at 9.30 am by unfriendly staff. |

We liked the location of this hotel in the heart of Manhattan and within walking distance of all the sights and shops, the hotel is not too big in comparison to other midtown hotels making it a bit more relaxed on checking in or out. |

Good clean and serviced room. Clean towels and friendly cleaning staff! No coffee / tea facilities in the Hotel room. Breakfast staff extremely rude and it would have been much better if the hotel had no breakfast service at all! |

Location Gentlemen behind the desk were curt. My rooms shower/tub drain was clogged. When I called to report it was treated rudely. My first option was to take a smoking room. When I said my niece was alergic they suggested I take a shower in the smoking room and return to the broken room. We had to shower so I said okay( it was 11:30p and I had a 6:45a train to catch). |

The cleanliness and the price. Worth every penny. The staff was always kind and willing to help. Asked for a refrigirator 4 times and got promised one to our room each time. Never got that refrigirator though and we stayed for 10 nights after i asked the first time. |

First of all the location was really great. Only 100 meter to Macy's and few hundred meters to Times square. Nearest subway only 50 meter. Room was ok (bed, tv, bathroom, safety box). Customers can also use the internet in lobby. There was wlan also but i think that it was out of order because i couldn't find the connect. i didn't like the breakfast. It really wasn't made for north european people. Toast, juice and boiled egg was ok but everything else were not so healthy :) |

My friend & I had inadvertently booked a double room. Mr James at reception went out of the way to change us to a twin room. Good man! The breakfast (included in the rate) was very good and the hotel is ideally located in the middle of Manhatten with all major attractions within walking distance and the metro station 2 minutes away. Excellent value for central Manhatten. |

nice, comfortable, value for money, very central, couldn't have asked for more :-) out did expectations they held an extra 20% ontop of the tarrif on our card for 'incidentals' which wasn't refunded for 3-5 days after checking out, and didn't inform us of this upon payment, meaning we couldn't access that money and have now returned home. |

I loved the convenience, price and smell of the room! I really appreciated that I could reuse my towels and sheets (a few other hotels who offer that service take and wash all of the towels every day, anyway.) for the entire stay and I loved Brendan's Bar. The maid service I encountered was quite polite and the information on getting around the city was top notch. |

Very friendly hotel staff. Good location. Nice comfortable room. Little problem accessing the free wireless internet with a linux computer. After setting static ip address it worked fine. |

Quiet, comfortable, nice staff, good breakfast for the money, great location; really liked how the rooms were separated into a few per closed off area to minimise the amount of traffic outside your door. Another 1 or 2 computers with internet access would have been nice, but not critical. |
