Pidimme nopeasta respasta. Kun hotelliin saavutaan, tulee avaimet käteen parissa minuutissa eikä ole turhia arpomisia! Hotellin siivooja jätti ilmastoinnin päälle päiväksi, ja kun illalla saavuimme huoneeseen, huone oli jääkaappina. Seuraavana päivänä laitoimme "do not disturb" -kyltin oveen, niin ongelmia ei ollut. |

The bed was incredibly comfortable and soft. The room was very clean. Room was quiet enough, no disturbances. Breakfast was included as well. The Bathroom/toilet space was very small. |

Perfect location. Good price for Manhattan. Clean rooms. Easy to access almost everything. Helpful and kind staff. Would definitely stay there again. |

Room was available early. Location is fantastic - very central, Empire State building around the corner. Easy walking access from Penn Station. Friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioned room. Perfect for a short stay. Would definitely recommend. Bed was a queen so a little small for a couple. Had no view at all so room was quite dark - we had no expectation of a view so it wasn't an issue for us. |

Fantastic location with friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money with continental breakfast included in the price. Breakfast supposedly on until 10.00 am but started to close at 9.30 am by unfriendly staff. |

We liked the location of this hotel in the heart of Manhattan and within walking distance of all the sights and shops, the hotel is not too big in comparison to other midtown hotels making it a bit more relaxed on checking in or out. |
