Otelin konumu son derece iyi zira hem alışveriş hem yeme içme mekanlarının ortasında olup bitişiğindeki metro istasyonu ve her an bulunabilir taxi imkanlarıyla ulaşım sorunu da yok.Resepsiyonda çalışan Gülbiye isimli Türk hanımefendi son derece nazik ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltı daha zenginleştirilebilir. |

Çok merkezi,metro ya çok yakın, benim kaldığım oda büyük ve temiz.Broadway 5. cadde times square ,empire state hepsi çok yakın, otel personeli son derece kibar ve yardımcı her konuda Air condition çok gürültülü çalışıyor, kahvaltı zayıf, plastik çatal ,bıçak ve kaşıklar hemen değiştirilmeli. |

Close to shops, saits, many deli's, subway station, ice ring near Briant square, Times Square 5 min walking, Macy's 1 min Personal not very hospitality, in the room bad smell, not very cleanless |

I loved the location, for shopping and close to subway. Great price I wish the breadfast had lasted longer, after a night out we didn't make it to it. |

The hotel staff were friendly . Location was excellent The room was spotless and very comfortable .Great value for money The stairs were a bit grubby and could do with revamp |

The location was excellent. It was disappointing that the breakfast was served using disposeable plates, bowls, cups and cutlery considering the priece we paid for the hotel. |

Great location and rooms were comfortable. Prices were very reasonable for NY. Staff were friendly and helpful Some of the deccor was a bit dated, but not a problem. |

location was perfect, surrounded by great shopping and within walking distance of Empire States, Time Square and 34th St Penn Station (which links you to JKF airport) and a big breakfast to get you started for a long day of shopping/sightseeing! lifts were slow |

Great excess to Times Square and the subway. Breakfast was limited in variety. The old school heater/fans in the bedrooms are situated in the window sills and pertrude outside, so unfortunately if it rains at night, which it did, it is very noisey. Other than that the room was great and the bed was extremely comfortable. |

Very convenient location close to subway. Breakfast simple but nice. Double glazing for windows facing 35th St. Garbage trucks very noisy all night. |

We liked the free breakfast in the morning and the convenience of the location. We stayed at room 303. 1 - We found a men's underwear that was left behind from the previous people who stayed in that room. It was very disgusting. 2 - The tub in the bathroom took a very long time to drain. 3 - The chair was broken. |

Nice Continental breakfast and very nice to be able to store our bags while we toured the city before check-in and after check-out.Very kind front desk people! Our one day in New York was very nice! Thank you! shower needed help, leaked and didn't drain properly, rm 307 |

Friendly staff, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, free WIFI, good location. No fitness facility and no free passes to the local gym. Two slow elevators, one which eventually wasn't operational (and of course they put me on the top floor so that it took 20 minutes to get to the lobby). Free breakfast created long, inefficient lines. No body lotion in the bathroom. |

The location was amazing. Everywhere can be easily reached by foot. It was also great that they did breakfast, most NYC hotels don't. The windows in the bedroom and bathroom do not open. We have to use the air con constantly which left me leaving with a terrible throat and chest!! |
