Too short a stay

Everything, nothing to complain about very friendly staff, always very helpful and at hand if help was needed (with the FREE WiFi). The room was lovely clean and plenty big enough (Queen Room) the bed very comfortable very hot water all the time with a powerful shower. Breakfast was very adequate enough to chose from to get you through to lunch, excellant value for money. The location is brilliant!!!!! within 2 minutes walk to Times Square and all the Broadway Show. Subway within 5 minute walk. The elevators was not a problem for us we were on the 7th floor. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very helpful.

Room is small. Cleaning was not good. They did not change bed sheets. They just flattened the sheets. They did not touch anything except bed sheets flattening.

I liked that there was breakfast available and it lasted until 10:00. The staff at the desk were very helpful. It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel. The location was also phenomenal.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was roomy, clean, comfortable, and quiet... Except for the demolition going on down the street at W46th St. And 7th Ave between 10:00pm and midnight! The price was amazing considering the location - Broadway @ Times Square.

The gentleman who greeted us was so nice, I am sorry that I forget his name, but he had dark hair and a beard. Very helpful and nice. He made me want to suggest this hotel to friends and make me want to stay there again. The location is great, half block from time square is so worth the small room. Breakfast was just enough to get your day started. We do group trips, by bus, three times a year I am hoping that your hotel can work a deal with us.

Although this is beyond control only have one elevator was hard.

Great cozy hotel with unbeatable location! I stayed here for a night only and I would like to recommend it, the hotel is very clean, only a few seconds walk from Times Square and next to TGI Fridays! We loved it and will definitely choose it again, especially because it is budget friendly, clean and has complimentary breakfast!

The room was small with no view but it didn't matter because the price was reasonable.

Asked for a quiet room and got one. Quite an achievement for the centre of New York! Very comfortable bed.

The staff were friendly and helpful and tried to be accommodating. This is definitely a no frills accommodation- if you're looking for a lot of amenities you won't find them here. But, they cover the basics nicely, the price is reasonable for NYC, and it was clean.

The room is a LOT smaller than it looks on the website or any other hotel I've ever stayed in. Like, obscenely small. One window. If you get claustrobic and spend a lot of time in your room book elsewhere.

We were greeted at the door with help with our bags and when our room wasn't ready we were upgraded to a King room at no extra charge. The construction in the lobby area was almost totally complete and was looking very nice. It was just a stone's throw from Times Square and very convenient to the subway. This is the second Applecore property we stayed at (The Hotel @ Times Square was the other) and we're big fans. I accidentally left my credit card at the front desk during check- in and promptly got a call from the clerk alerting me to that fact.

It was minor but the elevator was a little slow but that just kept us relaxed and not hurrying during our trip. ;-)

Location, Comfortable, Clean

Room is very small, no fridge, no tissues on the room.

The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful with excursions. The hotel is only a short walk to Times Square. The hotel is a excellent deal for the locan. Upgrades & renovations are being made to the Lobby & common areas and I was impressed that it had a lift at the front stairs that made it handicap accesable. Finally the parking rate for this hotel is the cheapest in town. When we go back to ny we will book this hotel.

Very small hallways. Rooms in the front are loud due to customers from the Irish Pub & restaurants across from the hotel.

Staff attitude - positive and industrious. Room was fine, not big, but big enough. Great shower. Comfy bed, nice lamps. Appreciated coffee/tea in room, wi-fi, and continental breakfast. Central location, yet a relatively quiet street. Would stay there again.

Met our expectations for a not-too-expensive hotel in NYC. Well located. Friendly & competent staff. Ground floor lobby and dining room under renovation, almost complete. Basic but functional and clean. Breakfast included was more than adequate if not fancy. Likewise the room and facilities were adequate and clean but not large or modern.

Fantastic location. Great service. Perfect for a trip in the city. Walking distance to major attractions.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Although the rooms were small the beds were comfortable and provided all that was needed for a night. It was centrally located and reasonably priced for New York.

The lobby, which was recently redone, was uncomfortable for sitting on stationary benches without pillows or cushions. Other than the breakfast room there was no place to sit and talk or read except in the bedrooms. The lobby was quite cold with the door constantly opening and no inner door to block the cold. Being there on business the computers were not hooked up and there was no printer.
