La situació és excel·lent per visitar la ciutat. Les habitacions comfortables i el servei molt atent. Disposa de wifi gratuït i servei d'esmorzar inclòs en el preu. El servei d'esmorzar és força limitat pel que fa als productes, però sobretot la sala d'esmorzar no té capacitat per a tots els clients en hores punta. |

The location in Times Square is what we were looking for and enjoyed. When my room did not have a bathtub, the service was excellent in getting us another room quickly. The room was clean and comfortable and looked very modern. |

Part of the service people were great (the polish guy at breakfast, the bellboy Mark). Part of the service people, like one young lady on the front desk with curled hair, were not too nice. |

The location was fantastic, tucked away next to a church but about a 50 yard walk and you're in Times Square. Helpful friendly staff, the inclusive breakfast was a bonus. No it was good |

friendly staff; good room size and excellent amenities we found that the beds were not as comfortable to our backs as they seemd. also, the internet access in hte business centre was often slow and because there are only two pcs the facilities were almost always busy. Finally the breakfast is rather rudimentary but considering the price was to be expected. |

Very helpful staff, excellent location, free breakfast, clean rooms, quiet although in the heart of the city, rack with free maps, business center, free internet, workout room. Staff arranged car service for me when I was leaving. The only thing I didn't like was no diet coke in the vending machine the entire time I was there. Some of the towels had holes in them and some were slightly stained...these probably need to be replaced and then there would be no real dislikes. |

Location - very near Times Square where the actions while you are in NY; bars & restaurants are all over the place. The elevator was very slow. It was good that we were only on the 3rd floor. |

It's is close to main streets in NYC so it's easy to get everywhere. The breakfast room is pretty small and sometimes we had to wait to be seated. |

Great location on Times Sq, walking distance to 3 subway stations. Clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Good value for money for NYC. On the first night we were given a room on the 2nd floor at the side of the road which was extremely noisy. Rest of the nights we stayed on the 8th floor, which was still quite noisy, but we could live with it. Times Sq and noisy go together. Paper plates and cups at breakfast. Too small breakfast room with only 7 tables. |

Both the room and the bathroom are spotlessly clean. I like the bathroom in particular which is very spacious and well lit. |

Excellent position, clean rooms, decent breakfast (actually good for US standards), internet room with printer. The first night we were sent to another hotel due to a problem with the pipes. This was rather uncomfortable. However, we got a discount for that. |

Like cleanliness of the rooms, the helpfulness of the staff, it's central location, and the availability of bagels in the morning. The size of the breakfast room was far too small. |

Location. Breakfast included. No street noise (from our room at least). Should post signs on every floor asking customers to be careful not to slam doors. This is very annoying. Or install device that avoids doors to slam. Items offered for breakfast could vary (muffins ?). |
