Services,facilities, cleanliness, staff, localization are very good.

No natural lights in the room. If the walls outside the building will be white painted that would bring more clarity inside the room.

Helpful staff, room standard - good value for money, location

Much too few tables at the hotel restaurant and the restaurant too small overall as for 9 floors of guest rooms

The location was excellent. The hotel was modern, nicely appointed, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff.

Staff didn't have a computer or even the number of the car rental I wanted to make arrangements to be picked up. I was told they would be able to help me with renting the car but all they were able to do was hand me a yellow pages.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location

Very small room. Very noisy too. Had to request to change rooms due to outside noise at night. No one came to fix things we requested eg plug in bath did not work and picture on TV was fuzzy, said someone would come to fix but they did not.
