lo mejor sin duda de este hotels es que esta justo al lado de times square Las habitaciones que dan a la calle son un poco ruidosas. Es un hotel caro por lo que es porque al final entre tasas e impuetos la noche te sale por 300$ |

Excelente ubicación, el personal muy atento y servicial. Fuimos con una beba de 6 meses y pudimos acomodarnos perfecto. El desayuno muy bien! |

Su ubicación, esta a solo media manzana de Time square. El personal es muy atento, las habitaciones son limpias y el desayuno no muy variado pero suficiente. Si tengo que decir algo podria decir que en las habitaciones bajas que dan para la calle se nota un poco de ruido, aunque con el cansancio que uno llega a dormir ni se entera. |

El hotel es muy céntrico, y el personal del hotel es de lo más amable que he conocido nunca. La relación calidad/precio: en Europa, por ese precio, el hotel sería casi de lujo, pero estamos en NYC. La habitaciones interiores son muy oscuras, y algunas, muy pequeñas. |

La atención recibida por parte de los funcionarios, el estado de conservación de la habitación, la ubicación del hotel Por estar ubicado en una zona del alto tráfico algunas veces se escucha mucho ruido de la calle (habitación con vista a la calle). El comedor es muy pequeño en comparación con el número de huespedes |

The location in Times Square is what we were looking for and enjoyed. When my room did not have a bathtub, the service was excellent in getting us another room quickly. The room was clean and comfortable and looked very modern. |

Part of the service people were great (the polish guy at breakfast, the bellboy Mark). Part of the service people, like one young lady on the front desk with curled hair, were not too nice. |

The location was fantastic, tucked away next to a church but about a 50 yard walk and you're in Times Square. Helpful friendly staff, the inclusive breakfast was a bonus. No it was good |

friendly staff; good room size and excellent amenities we found that the beds were not as comfortable to our backs as they seemd. also, the internet access in hte business centre was often slow and because there are only two pcs the facilities were almost always busy. Finally the breakfast is rather rudimentary but considering the price was to be expected. |

Very helpful staff, excellent location, free breakfast, clean rooms, quiet although in the heart of the city, rack with free maps, business center, free internet, workout room. Staff arranged car service for me when I was leaving. The only thing I didn't like was no diet coke in the vending machine the entire time I was there. Some of the towels had holes in them and some were slightly stained...these probably need to be replaced and then there would be no real dislikes. |

Location - very near Times Square where the actions while you are in NY; bars & restaurants are all over the place. The elevator was very slow. It was good that we were only on the 3rd floor. |

It's is close to main streets in NYC so it's easy to get everywhere. The breakfast room is pretty small and sometimes we had to wait to be seated. |

Great location on Times Sq, walking distance to 3 subway stations. Clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Good value for money for NYC. On the first night we were given a room on the 2nd floor at the side of the road which was extremely noisy. Rest of the nights we stayed on the 8th floor, which was still quite noisy, but we could live with it. Times Sq and noisy go together. Paper plates and cups at breakfast. Too small breakfast room with only 7 tables. |

Both the room and the bathroom are spotlessly clean. I like the bathroom in particular which is very spacious and well lit. |
