front desk could not help wifi. had to call 800 number for help.
Spacy and clean room, nice surrounding, perfect breakfast.
Friendly staff. Very clean. Big room. Good beds with a choice of pillows. Wi-fi worked well. Grocery store very near. Walking distance to town to all the shops and restaurants. Excellent breakfast!
I liked everything.
Clean, comfortable, well equipped and roomy.Excellent value for money.
The bathroom was way too small. You have to step between the sink and toilet to be able to shut the door, or you would stub your toe on the door. Maybe if they would replace the sink with a smaller one, and turn it to face the back wall, it would be a better arrangement.
King-size bed very comfortable. Great breakfast. Quiet despite so close to a major highway. The lounge has a computer and printer to check in on your flight and print boarding passes.
Bathroom could do a bit of renovating.
The location of the hotel was quiet
The room was dirty. The walls and doors need to be cleaned. The bathroom was the smallest bathroom that I have ever been in!We did not enjoy anything about the hotel and could not wait to leave. Overpriced for the conditions!
Location close to railroad. One of the receptionists recommended a restaurant for dinner (Red Raven) which was excellent. Nice and clean rooms. Friendly staff. We where late for breakfast one morning and the young lady organized us some Danish and muffins. Very friendly gesture.
Liked the town and location.
Hotel is outdated...needs some renovations.
Clean rooms and comf beds, good breakfast
The breakfast, it was a bun fight
Location. Friendly staff.
Too much light came through the door at night. Footsteps of people in room above too loud. Computer was down for 2-3 days.
location was good and loved Williams ideal if you want to catch the train to the grand canyon
hotel was ok for a couple of nights staff were great but hotel was in need of some tlc it was very tired
Quiet, clean with free parking, breakfast . Upstairs room a quieter option. Large Safeway supermarket close by with delicatessen where we bought tasty salads and meat one night. Other night Cruisers on the main road was a fun night out with live music and Route 66 memorabilia, shop and good food. Good location for Grand Canyon - 50 minutes away.
Window did open
Hotel was located away from main highway and traffic noise with lovely views from the west side. Ample car parking and only a short walk into town Good sized room with modern facilities & comfortable beds Staff were all very friendly & ready with advice on where to dine in town etc.
Breakfast room tended to get a bit crowded
Nice place I would stay there again
Very comfortable surroundings! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The interior appears to have been recently updated. Had a problem with noise from the room upstairs above ours but they readily moved us to another room!
It was close to freeways, local shops, restaurants and grocery stores.
The bathrooms were a little run down
The dirty carpet in the stairs gave me bad impression about the hotel. The room is very nice but the bathroom is too small.
Location was good, the town is cute and welcoming. Nice countertops and decor in the room. The bed was comfortable, and we had a decent selection of television channels. It was quiet and we had the hot tub to ourselves each night we used it. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Bathroom door had water spots and mold, laundry costs $2 to wash and $2 to dry (seems expensive to me) and there were machines out of order. Oh, and the detergent is $1.25 and dryer sheets are $1.25, so it costs $6.50 to do one load of laundry. Breakfast was mediocre; the "eggs" came in circular patties which I thought was kind of gross. The free coffee available 24/7 was hot water with a hint of cheap coffee flavor (not good!) There was no view from our room, just a large orange wall separating the buildings. This place could definitely use a fresh coat of paint on all the doors (room doors and bathroom door) as they were filthy. After walking barefoot in the room for an evening the bottoms of my feet had a layer of grime on them - not sure if they ever clean the carpets.
Easy to find. Value for money.
Bathroom was rather small. Wi-Fi didn't work.
Nice quiet hotel, good location, rooms where good.
