This is an excellent hotel to visit the Grand Canyon. Williams is a good place to stay with plenty of local bars and diners.

Close enough to the "action" but not so close as to be bothered by late evening entertainment along Old Route 66

Bed too soft -- both my traveling companion and I found it difficult to sleep on the overly soft mattress.

Everything was perfect from Gloria greeting us completely prepated for our late arrival, hot tub and pool open later, full great breakfast, wonderful wifi, free parking! Great place to stay after a totally disappointed stay at Marriott LAX. Really cute little town too loved every minute

Nothing, TV was small but we kept so busy we didn't even need it.

Room was clean and comfortable beds/pillows. We stayed 3 nights. Good size fridge and ample space for grocery/snack food. Free Breakfast on site with hot and cold options. An easy drive to Grand Canyon about 45 minutes, better than paying the outrageous prices at park or in Tusayan. Williams is a quaint town with options for home cooked meals, we has great service and food at Jessica's. All around a good choice.

Very nice hotel, good pool, breakfast and location.

In my opinion, the price I was provided over the telephone was significantly lesser that when I checked-in. I did acknowledge my no-smoking/no pet room, but did not catch the price on the form (nor was it brought to my attention by the staff). My fault, I was tired from driving most of the day. When checking out, I was provided the receipt (after requesting it) and was blown away, since I have several family members with me and two rooms. I went back and checked the confirmation email (after calling well before my travel since I never received it) and it did provide the dates, but no prices, as it indicated to call for the rates, so I did not have a leg to stand on.... If their is a next time, I would make sure/demand the price be indicated on the confirmation email.... Again, this was my personal experience on this trip with this hotel.

Enjoyed two nights while exploring Williams, AZ and the Grand Canyon. Conveniently located on south end of town. Clean, quite hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast of eggs, muffins, sausage, etc. (Included with room). Orange juice dispenser was broken, but they had vending machines on site, so bought a Gatorade instead. Would definitely consider staying here again... and hope to come back to spend more time in Williams.

Would like to have seen more baggage carts for check-in/out. Only saw one available. Didn't care for spending $2 on Gatorade because the orange juice dispenser was broken, but not a big deal. Still, how hard would it have been to run next door to the grocery store and get some orange juice for the guests?

just outside of town - quiet.

Because I found lots of dirt (behind new tp roll) - I worried about what else had been overlooked. Frig was off balance - not able to open door. Glad stay was only one night. Good for one night. Restaurant recommendation terrible!!
