great staff, good service
Slow wi fi
Great breakfast! Very nice staff!
Staff was wonderful and friendly. Helpful in suggesting local restaurants and points of interest. The free continental breakfast was more substantial than expected.
Spa and Cute town.
Farther than thought to Grand Canyon
Great location, easy walking distance to the little downtown Williams area. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable.
Spacious room Comfy bed Good bathroom , although the shower was not good , poor water pressure . Very clean property Parking very convenient Great location .
The WiFi was so poor that I was unable to access anything other than email for 3 nights . No access to i ternet otherwise . When I asked for assistance at front desk they contacted IT support who advised that this is a problem throughoutvWilliams . They need to upgrade the WiFI . The breakfast area is woefully inadequate for the number of guests. Too crowded to be able to get to food. The hours are only 6-9. The could extend this to 10am in order to even out the crowd a bit
Dirty, needs updating
Great value for the price; staff at trot desk very welcoming and made sure we had all that we need to be "comfortable". Really enjoyed the pool with my grand daughter and breakfast was quite nice.
Very clean and comfortable place to stay!
The walls are pretty thin and you could hear anyone walking or talking outside your room. Also kids in the room above us were running around in their room and that's all you could hear.
The toilet facilities beside our room kept flushing during the night and when we told the receptionist the next day about our difficulty sleeping the previous night she said "would you like a receipt for the room" to which we replied "did you hear me?" at which point the receptionist turned her back to us and said "we'll check it out have a nice day"
Quick check on, got info grom Georgia in reception, the place is clean. Breakfast is adequate with mostly processed foods. Location is great to get to train for Grand Canyon.and visit Bearazona animal park a few miles away.( great place)
We enjoyed the free breakfast. Many options. Cereal, eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, tea, and Belgian waffle stations a huge plus!
The rooms were a good size as was the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Overall a good experience. Location was on the outer edge of town buy just 5 -10 mins. walk to centre no problem. Shops nearby. Loved Williams good bars and restaurants all very friendly.
Can't think of anything.
Quiet, comfortable, good temperature control
The entrance going north takes some getting getting used to.
Friendly helpful Staff. Breakfast included
I called hotel the day of arrival and Annie gave me the price of $89.99. Said it was a special rate! I said, "no, I booked through BOOKING.com and my confirmation says $79.99. She refused to accept this. Contacted BOOKING. Com, they confirmed rate at $79.99. He said he fax het the rate. When we got to the hotel, Annie was gone, but the older woman had the fax and confirmed our the correct rate. Unfortunately, Annie failed to put it in the computer. Older woman sighed and said, "Annie, Annie, Annie." Maybe Annie needs more training. This could be a turnoff with the wrong grumpy person. ;)
Entryway into side door with a cart full of suitcases, is nearly impossible to maneuver.

Location and staff
Room smelled horrible to the point no one slept. I called the front desk and got no help.
quiet. far end of town. clean with a good breakfast, except the eggs.
door frame of the room was a poor fit. could see daylight around entire frame. breakfast eggs.
nice hotel, nice place to be in this area
The indoor pool and comfy bed are very nice for a tired traveler. I had a wonderful night sleep. The hotel is centrally located between the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Ultimately, the value makes Comfort Inn an excellent choice for travelers on a budget.
Nice room - Breakfast good - Nice staff. Will be back after snow comes and goes.
Not as close to the train station as the advertisement made it sound. However there is plenty of parking at the train station.
The night receptionist (Georgia) helped with an excellent dinner recommendation (Red Raven) and also a mechanic to check out our vehicle. Everything was awesome.
Nothing - all was great.
