Everything was wonderful. Breakfast was superb. The room was excellent and the people and service was beyond reproach

The continental breakfast was complete with egss, suasage, waffles, breads, donuts, cold ceral, etc. The airport shuttle worked pretty well, though you have to call for pick-up The light was out in the bathroom, but they changed the bulb within 30-45 minutes There was a mirror outside the bathroom also. Wifi worked well in the room. My room had a fridge and kithtchenette area, though I didn't use it cause I was only there for one night.

I didn't care for the layout of the hotel and they couldn't split the room charge between 2 credit cards.

My room was nice and clean. The location was convenient to everywhere. The staff was very helpful and security was very good. Being a single woman traveling security is very important. I would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast need a little more variety but it was fair. And the breakfast area needs to be a bit larger.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The bed was the most comfortable of our whole trip. Would definitely stay here again if needed a hotel close to LAX. The free shuttle is great too.

room location, it was too far from the elevator. breakfast time, on vacation it wasn't part of the plan to wake up that early. not enough sitting areas, specially during breakfast

Bed is comfort. Roomy. Parking is easy. Breakfast is enough. Laundry is available and the fee only 1 dollar.

Conditioner and heater is hard to use but no big problem. Dryer is not well controlled .

Easy access to airport and the breakfast

The staff were helpful and friendly, in particular we had very good service from Erica. The room we had ( balcony) was very well equipped with stove fridge and microwave.

The hall carpets are very tired and in need of replacement.

It was a nice size room and I liked that the sink, tub and toilet were all behind a closed door.

It was great to have the kitchen, however, if we wanted to cook anything on the stove top we had no pans or dishes of any kind.

Large double queen beds room. Very comfortable room, Standard breackfast. Private parking.

Relatively new renovation. The wireless connection is quite fast. Also, a business room is quite comfortable to use (maximum limit per person is 20 minutes). Totally, it is quite comfortable for business use as well as family use.

Good location near lax and rental-car return (10 min.). Friendly staff, good room with good beds. Secure parking for cars.

Not easy to find a nice restaurant nearby, just MacDonalds and other fast food restaurants. You need a car, because it didn't look good to walk around.

Clean, friendly Hotel. Near LAX free shuttle bus provided 24/7. Good breakfast included. Equipped with basic cooking facilities in the room including free coffee making. Eateries and supermarket near by. Convenient public transport to downtown in 1 hour+.

Comfortable spacious room, great breakfast, lovely warm pool to swim in, good laundry facilities, shuttle bus to airport very convenient, wifi access, able to check in online in hotel.

No poolside shower so everyone just went in without showering - you can't drip through a hotel from your room.

Little bit old fashioned but otherwise very nice hotel with working shuttle service (call hotel from airport after landing). They even brought us to the car rental the next day. Though the environment does not look very promising there are some restaurants nearby of which we would like to recommend the El Torito which is a busy place with mostly afroamerican and latin guests.

I was enjoying and appreciating well the service and the hotel for three days. Still I believe it was excellent hotel. One thing disappoint me very much when I checked out they added in my fee $35 for max occupancy. which I wasn't a ware of when I check in. I believe the customer deserve to know the total cost when check in , should not change the cost when check out. For that reason I wouldn't recommend for other people. Because I wouldn't reserve on that hotel had I known my total price would increase by $35.

The mini kitchenette is a nice surprise, but there are no utensils or pots to use it with

They use a spray deodorizer which I think is too strong, some may find this overpowering.

The Roomes where pretty large and confortable, but the wooden floors are too noisy. We had someone above our room walking all night long, and it was so noisy we couldn't sleep. So good hotel as long as you have good neibours

It's was the perfect place to end our trip in America. Wifi and swimming pool are excellent and it has also a place to print your traveldocuments for free.
