Comfort Inn Oxon Hill    

I very much appreciated how helpful and friendly all the staff was from the front desk to the van drivers, to breakfast buffet and the housekeepers. If I could name them all individually I would. It was also very nice to have the shuttle service to the Gaylord where my conference was held - Your prices were so much more reasonable, thank you!!!

I like the friendly staff

The hotel could use some investment to the reception area. Breakfast was skimpy.

When my wife went to use the the shower Saturday 9/20/12 morning she said it was leaking all over even out on the floor than when I took a shower I noticed the same thing and while in the shower tried to adjust it and the shower head fell off and almost hit me in the head I put it back and finish the shower went to the front desk at about 8:30am was told by the front desk attendant that it would be handled right away. We went to eat breakfast and returned to our room about 9:30AM and found the shower head was still not repaired so once again went to the front desk and saw the same attendent and was told that the person who does the repairs was running late and just got there would make the repair in ten minutes. Me and my wife went out to do some shopping we returned about 2:45PM only to find that the shower head still had NOT been repaired so I called the front desk and said I wanted to see the Manager when I got to the front desk they had to call the manager when he came out I told him how long we were waiting to have our shower fixed and he like all the other employees said he would have this done right away so me and my wife went back to our room to wait again!! In about 15 minutes a maintenance worker came with a new shower head the whole job took 10 minutes to repair I just do not understand why me and my wife had to wait about 7 hours to get this done? i

The staff and management were fantastic. The manager, Mr Patel, particularly was great and we had several conversation throughout the week I was there. We had an issue with ne of the dryers marking my sons clothes and cut ally ripping one, and he made sure we were kept informed of what was happening to compensate us and ollow through. Overall I was very very happy with my hoice f hotels and would gladly stay there again.

The area is a little rough but that not a fault of the hotel. We felt safe at the hotel. It was just when wandering the local area we felt a bit intimidated.

Cost effective option for Washinton DC.

Poor quality breakfast. Busy parking lot.

I really liked the free shuttle to the Gaylord center. Driver and assistant were very nice. You will get more business if you place this on your website.

room was not fully serviced at 2300! Night receptionist and security guard fixed the room, thanks a lot!

I had a wonderful experience the min I checked in. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. They even called to see if my room met my satisfaction. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. I have to mention 3 staff members----Selena, Omar and Mr Baskitt (the security guard). They were very help and entertaining (especially Omar) when the electric went out on the entire block. They would walk customers to their rooms or do whatever was needed. I will stay at the Comfort Inn Oxon Hill again without hesitation. They were all great there.

The hotel was clean with a warm friendly feeling. The front desk staff was professional with a kind helpful attitude. Not only will I stay there again, I will gladly recommend it to others. The price was reasonable.

Host was courtesous including shuttle driver. I would stay again. But would like to have later shuttle run than 10:30 pm. Should also offer mid day shuttle run If requested ahead of time.

Man ist schnell in Washington, um liegend viele Supermärkte, Restaurants, Geschäfte. Personal sehr freundlich.

Der Pool ist leider ab dem Labor Day geschlossen, sehr schade bei Temperaturen um die 32 Grad. Liegt in einem reinen Schwarzen Viertel, Kriminalitätsrate im Südosten Washingtons sehr hoch. Wir würden das nächste Mal eher ein Hotel in Alexandria oder im Nordwesten Washingtons bevorzugen.

Hotelli on erittäin kulunut, suuren remontin tarpeessa. Kylpyhuone haisi tosi pahalta (vessapytty oli irti lattiasta josta veimärihaju tuli ylös). Huono sijainti jollei ole autoa, ei kävely-ystävällistä seutua. Booking.com: Hinta joka näkyi varauksen yhteydessä ei ole lopullista hintaa vaan lisättiin vielä kahdenlaisia veroja. Tämän takia pankista tuli hälytys että luottokorttini oli väärin käytetty ja se otettin pois käytöstä jolloin jouduin matkan aikana uusimaan luottokorttini. Tilanne oli erittäin hankala ja olin erittäin pettynyt koko asiaan. Minusta asiakkaan tulisi sada tietää koko hinta varauksen yhteydessä. Mietin jo voisinko tehdä valitusta ko. asiasta.
