TV didn't work. Cold coffee at 5 AM.
Very noisy all night , loud guess
It took them more than a hour to get our room ready, but the staff was working hard on it. No big deal
Very easy to get to National Harbor for our conference. They have a free shuttle that takes less than 10 minutes back and forth. We saved hundreds of dollars by not staying at the expensive conference hotel.
1. Wifi connection erratic.... but it is free!
1. Price: Good value 2. Friendly front staff 3. Clean, safe, typical Comfort Inn 4. Free, convenient shuttle to Gaylord Convention Center
Wish they would take the $ out your account away.
I like the location
The wifi doesn't work properly. Need a upgrading.
The bed was comfortable.
Outside looks run down and dated lobby worried us at first but the room was great!
Room was great. Very clean and well taken care of.
there was nothing that I didn't like.
Peace an quiet.
Free breakfast was nice, very clean, comfortable.
The heater in the room seemed to be possessed of a mind of its own, turning on randomly through the night with great fanfare after being switched off, alternating between scalding hot and ice cold with a minute turn of the temperature dial and generally behaving like some kind of demon. The shower was a similar hell-bred creation, with very little ability to adjust pressure or temperature, although it was more easily tamed.
The staff were generally friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious and there were ample facilities. Breakfast was plentiful, and there were several different options to choose between.
first room i was in had a very noisy heater. i dealt with it first night and then reported it to front desk the next morning as it was late when i arrived and did not want to move, but upon reporting problem was QUICKLY corrected!!
front desk staff was amazing and very helpful and accommodating!!! attentive to any problems I had. breakfast was not bad actually.
I was attending a conference at the Gaylord. There are 3 shuttles in the morning to get you thee and then a number in the evening, The bus stop is located just outside the property and for $1.75, it is even a quick bus ride. Great and helpful staff, as well, with basic but OK continental breakfast in the mornings that includes waffles and eggs, etc. Not much to do around the hotel in the evenings, but overall a great option rather than paying double at the Convention hotels
Halls and rugs were worn and stained
Staff were friendly shuttle to convention center
The wifi was not great one evening, but when I went down and asked for help, the woman behind the counter was able to get my phone connected.
I had a conference at National Harbor. Comfort Inn had a shuttle available, but it was also an easy bus ride that only took 10 minutes to get to the conference venue. The woman who was on duty when I arrived was so helpful in providing all the transport information I needed. Free wifi was great.
Very friendly staff. Free shuttle to the conference center. Even though the place is a bit aged, the place was clean and comfortable. Great value.
The smell of smoke in elevators
That the room had both microwave abs refrigerator. Minutes away from DC and metro station.
Hotel fixtures (shower) needs replacement fixtures. Hallway carpets needs replacing.
The front desk staff were excellent (Cecelia?). Very helpful and gracious! The shuttle bus drivers were also super!
Front Desk staff not professional and lack knowledge of the General area and Main Attractions
Very Well Kept and Clean Rooms
Would like to request peanut butter and soy milk at the breakfast for your vegan customers. But thank you for offering the food that was there.
It was comfortable, clean, and a great value for the money. The hotels just a few miles away closer to National Harbor were much more expensive.
Was very disappointed with the Comfort Inn Oxon Hill. You rated the Gaylord National at 8.7 and the Comfort Inn at 7.5 crazy. The pictures were not even close to the room we got. The Comfort Inn was for the homeless. Most customers who stayed there were homeless.THANKS For my wife's birthday and a nice weekend at the National Harbor using your service and rating system I stayed in a dump. The iron was chained to the ironing board. If this is the service and guidance you give your customers please drop me off your service list
No WiFi breakfast area too small esp with 20 300lb blacks in it Carpet in room was very dirty
It was available
nothing i didn't like
I am from the area, however, I felt unsafe at times. On the first and second night there was a whole bunch of motorcycles outside blasting music in the parking lot. The motorcycles were very annoying and inconsiderate of the other guest in the hotel. There was also loud guest staying across the hall and on the floor who would stand close to our room and talk very loud. Our room wasn't that bad, but even you stepped out the room it was a completely different scenery, they need to remodel the halls and fix the elevator.
The breakfast was ok. In comparison to other hotels in the Oxon hill area this hotel was the cheapest. The room wasn't as bad as the remainder of the hotel. The front desk staff was decent.
