Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was good and the prices were very reasonable. Having to shuttle to the Metro station. Because of the freeway system you could not walk to town.

front desk staff was wonderful- cheery, helpful, knowledgable- greeted us every morning as we came down for breakfast. rooms were clean- cleaners cheerful & smiling. breakfast was very good, good selection. breakfast workers were very efficient, responsive & helpful. elevators were fast. Shuttle to metro was great- even if the van got too full, the driver came right back for the remaing guests, a minimal wait. the whole staff was amazing- the hotels best asset! we were never left stranded. will definitely come back! can't really think of anything... maybe buy an additional waffle maker? peanut butter on breakfast menu?

Shuttle to Metro was very convenient. Rom and hotel was very clean and this is important to me. Breakfast and restaurant food not that great and did not like having to have coupon for breakfast and door being locked immediately at ten am.

The breakfast is perfect, room is clean and quite a big. Stuff is helpful and friendly. Awful shuttle service. Basically this is not a service which you can rely on. We were waiting 45+ minutes for a shuttle at metro station and it didn't arrive on-time. We managed to get a shuttle only after my call to hotel.

The shuttle service Refrigerator in our room. Lowest price we could find near the metro. The am not one to complain.. ever.. but these things are not acceptable. The mattress was very very hard..solid.. like a piece of plywood! The two of us did not sleep very well.. Both days I woke up in the morning with a knot in my back. There was mold in the shower.

Very convenient to Alexandria. Good breakfast. Very accomodating staff. Bathroom needed some minor repairs to ceiling. Door to room was sketchy. It did not shut well and it did not go to the floor leaving a space into the hallway.

They provided a shuttle service to the airport and to the nearest subway line. Great for travelers without a car.... They also provided an excellent breakfast which saves money for families with kids.
