The room was comfortable and clean. Staff friendly. Overall, it's a great place and good value. The coffee is horrible. A good cup of coffee is key in the morning. Yours is so bad I would consider not staying at a Comfort Inn again.

The room was a nice size, comfortable and clean. A great value. The hotel was close to dining, and we actually walked to a good restaurant. The complimentary breakfast was also very good quality.

Nothing. I paid $220.00 for a night spent in a dump. Worst hotel I ever stayed in. Dirty rooms, pool out of order and couldn't be used, paid for a King bed and got a double, valet cart didn't even work, front door broken, light bulbs out, etc.

Location, room The bathroom was old and the wallpaper was discolored and peeling.Shower curtain rod repair was terrible. Bathroom was a disgrace!

Free breakfast included eggs and sausage. Room was clean, but was not available until well after the check-in time. The staff did not know what to do during a fire alarm. They did not encourage anyone to leave the building.

The stay in general was very enjoyable. The breakfast that was complimentary was outstanding and included fresh make your own waffles, fresh fruit salad, scrambled eggs and bacon, a variety of breakfast pastries, bagels as well as cereal ! Amazing offering!

We did not stay there. After checking in and seeing our room we turned around and went back to the front desk and asked them to cancel our reservation because we were not going to stay there even one night. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom, and it smelled.

Staff were very helpful and were responsive to requests for assistance, extra blankets, information, change for laundry equipment, etc. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was quiet - it is on a main road, although set back from the road so you don't hear any traffic noise. There's a great restaurant/steakhouse across the parking lot.

Lower in price than hotels in Williamstown or N. Adams. Very good hot breakfast. Exhaust fan in bathroom became loud if left on several minutes... probably needs an adjustment.

It is close to Tanglewood, a venue we visit at least twice every summer. Though the prices in the Berkshires are expensive during the summer music and arts season, we always find excellent value through www.booking.com. No real complaints. Breakfast is only so-so, but all else is always good.
