I have already told the people at Comfort Inn, but it would help if rooms had a recliner for people who have problems sleeping in a bed.
Same like it name .. So comfort ... And convenience
Very quite, clean, bed was great ,room was nice, staff was friendly....Cost was worth it !!
Clean room nice staff
Room smelled bad
The electrical plug in bathroom worn out couldn't keep plug to stay in.
I peace and did like the location and the price. It was quiet. Which was something I valued since I was there to get peace and quiet.
I did not care for every time I got out of my car I had to deal with cigarette smoke. A few times I even smelled smoke in the hallway. I told the front desk there was a problem with my TV regarding on average every 20 minutes it would go off then come on. The response was not helpful. I was told there were no other TVs available. So, for a week I had to deal with a TV that shorted outed every 20 minutes. I did acknowledge that one of my concerns regarding the TV was that I did not want to be blamed for the malfunction. I just think there was no valid attempt made regarding the TV. Then there was the toliet seat that when you sat on it; it would give way. Just glad I am not a woman. Breakfast, well??? One last disappointment was breakfast in that two days in a row they ran out of the flavored creamer for my coffee. The staff was not rude but they did not go out of their way to be helpful either. Would I stay there again? That would depend on the circumstances.
The location was excellent, right by the highways to go west, east, or south. Safe part of the city too. Building had a side door for quick access to the room without passing through the lobby.
The toilet was terrible at flushing. It seemed like the management went a little overboard in trying to save water.
I liked the beds and just the general appearance of the hotel lobby and rooms. Person at desk was very helpful in getting back my more expensive shampoo and conditioner that was left in the first room we thought we were staying in.
The young man that checked us in seemed somewhat distracted. We had 4 rooms and when I received the key cards, the rooms and keys did not quite match, therefore, I originally thought I was in one room, so I unpacked some items. When my sons checked in, we discovered another error and when trying to correct that, we discovered that we were in the wrong room. Everyone was kind, and everything turned out fine.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was a small exercise room and laundry. The room had a coffeemaker, dorm-sized fridge, microwave, and plenty of pillows. There was ample parking and several restaurants within walking distance, without having to cross any streets. It is close to the hospitals.
The table in the room was not very sturdy. One of my party is wheelchair confined, so we have a handicap accessible van and parked in the accessible van parking spot. I forgot to place the handicap placard back over the mirror one night when I parked and got a parking ticket from the city police.
The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Cudos
The shower control valve needed fixin'.
Location, the actual room, the staff member who checked us in, quality of housekeeping
The dark rings on the tub where the non slip stuff was, the bathroom, the housekeeping staff knocking when the do not disturb sign was up
The front desk staff was friendly and professional the room was clean and comfortable
Housekeeping took an hour to clean my bathtub.
Everyone was super nice, the breakfast was great, rooms were cozy! Loved eating next door at that Red and Blue place.
Location and cleanliness of the room.
Breakfast was a bit spartan.
convenience to hospital; stayed in Comfort Inns before and always had good experiences, wouldn't expect anything less. Helpful staff...preordered taxi.
We really liked the cleanliness & the convenient location to everything. Also, the breakfast was very good. I would say the inn had everything needed for our 3 day stay.
Room was nice and bed was comfortable.
Only the location
The place was truly a dump. I could not believe the stench throughout the place and the dirtiness of all the public areas. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again! I stayed one night and then moved to Hawthorn Suites for the same price and was amazingly better there. Comfort Inn needs to do something about this location or lower the price to $30 per night. I was outraged.
staff was friendly and the hotel location is excellent
Mold around tub; worn mattresses; poor cable service and static TV picture; holes in comforter and wood chipped off of chair; toilet seat so high a 5'9" person could barely sit on it
Where do I start? The hotel did not inform us that they were in the process of renovating before we booked a room; however, we were told the room we received was a renovated room. When we got out of the elevator the entire hall smelled of paint. When we got in our "renovated room" it seemed the only renovated part was the paint on the wall. The bathroom sink was new, but it was offset by the broken tiles from the wall lying on the counter, dry wall shavings all over the floor, paint drips on the counter and the hair dryer and mounting bracket lying on the ground. Additionally, it appeared that the three large mirrors in the bathroom were held in place by masking tape. There were holes in the ceiling. When we left in the morning the renovation people had already started work, so there were large tubes and equipment in the hallway making it difficult to move. When we spoke to the staff member at the front desk, his only consolation was "Well, the hotel will look really nice the next time you come here." My parents stayed downstairs and had roaches in their room.
we liked the fact that it was extremely clean. also it was very quiet considering it was on a very busy street. it was an old motel with good thick walls.
the paper products could certainly have been softer!
Close to where I needed to be. Love the restaurant that is next door.
